We came to this lovely pub for a Sunday roast dinner and it was absolutely delicious! Delicious and homemade food with a wonderful family atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back as we don’t live far! Thank you to the wonderful owners for being so friendly and warm. We have loved being in your gorgeous pub!

First time ordering and most probably the last. Chicken burger was in no way shape or form a butterflied chicken breast served in a toasted bun with lettuce and mayo, it was a chopped and reformed coated in breadcrumbs form of grey meat, I use the word meat loosely.I've given 2 stars as the delivery was fast and the onion rings and scampi were decent.

Excellent roast dinner this afternoon, Owners seem like very nice people who have taken on the Coach and Horses and make you feel very welcome with excellent food and desserts (See pictures) and a log fire to make for a cosy experience. Highly recommended, and we will be back.

Saturday Night is music night. Live music is always great for a night out with the wife.

Lived in the area for a long time and seen many landlords have a go at making this roadside inn profitable. If this guy does not turn it around I will eat my hat... the welcome is sincere and friendly. He brews his own beer cider and lager, the Kim Yung ale we had was on point and flavourful. Good price as well.. very good price... the loaded fries were delicious freshly made and all in all a great couple of hours.

We used the take away delivery service. When the food arrived it was luke warm, the chips were very over cooked to the point that the majority of them were inedible and they were horrible frozen chips rather than homemade. The chicken goujons tasted like cheap frozen ones and the beer battered onion rings were awful, they were also frozen and not homemade. The whole meal was over cooked and not nice. Will not be using the takeaway delivery service again

Great service. Warm friendly welcome. Beautiful place, well maintained. Came for a Sunday lunch and it was superb. Good value for money and tasted great. Good selection of meats and trimmings. Plus the Yorkshire puddings were beasts!Kid-friendliness: High chair available
