I ordered from this branch three times. The first time, the food was extremely spicy. The second time, everything was cold, which indicated it wasn’t freshly made. The third time, the chicken was awful—cold, dry, and mostly bones with very little meat. Three disappointments are enough for me. I won’t be ordering from this branch again.

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting food. Like it's been sat there for a week. It's incredibly dry while also mostly being fat. They seem to have replaced the seasoning with just salt. So much salt it tastes like you've just licked a road gritter. It's actually cause irritation and pain to my mouth and lips it's that salty. The chicken doesn't even look like meat. All KFC have got worse in recent years but this one is honestly awful. Literally go anywhere else but here

Avoid. The place is disgusting. Took daughter back to Uni, need something quick to eat in the evening. Threw half of it in the bin and still ill during the night. Floor covered in grease, tables black with dirt when I wiped them down. Toilets a mess, dead flies and bugs by the windows. KFC should be removing their franchise and local council reviewing their food hygiene ratings, it is clearly a management issue. Staff seemed as depressed as the premises.

Staff are all children and certainly act like it, they don't take pride in what they serve and spend most of the time mucking around the kitchen area. Due to its location it can get rowdy and often trouble in or directly outside the restaurant. Delivery's are not given much care it seems as food is consistently ice cold despite only being 2 miles from my home and late. Very disappointing, if I ran a company as large as kfc I would be ashamed to have my name put to this restaurant.

The customer service was nothing to write about no tissue to wipe hands with after eating food was all cold.i’m sorry i can’t feed my dog with this pls u need to improve on ur service i wil never step my foot in here again thanx

Very awful customer service, cold and dry burger served to eat with no mayonnaise, paid for juice not until a toddler juice was served. So disgusting and oily fried chicken.
First time experience but will obviously be the last, KFC on the high street so dry as hell. The old man will be crying in the grave rn.

Really disappointed. Fries cold soggy and tasted disgusting. Got 2 pieces of chicken both legs which had very little meat on them. Servers disinterested in customer service. Quiet yet bin full inside restaurant and used trays therefore piling up on top. Would not return here.

Ordered A mighty bucket for one meal via just eat with some extras added on. They sent the extras but not the bucket. How on Earth do you not notice there isn’t a bucket with a mighty bucket for one? Tried to call the restaurant over 80 times to get it sorted and no answer. Absolutely atrocious.

Spent £40 on a party bucket with 2 large gravys only for it to turn up with no gravy and coleslaw instead!! So i rang them for them to say they had run out and couldn't turn it off. Well I'm sorry but that's not good enough if i wanted coleslaw i would of ordered it wouldn't i. It's a joke really is
