My friend and I went there on Sunday and it was really busy, but we managed to get a table quite fast. The service was very friendly and the food delicious, but I found two strands of hair (one dark, one bleached blonde) in my coleslaw. We were offered to get the coleslaw replaced, but as you can imagine we were a bit put off. Please, just make sure everyone in the kitchen has their hair tied and/or is wearing a hair net. The food was delicious otherwise.Response: Very puzzling indeed. It must've been a grey hair, it definitely was two different hair colours. They were very close to each other since they ended up in my mouth at the same time. I really don't know how it could've happened, I regret not taking a picture since it looks like the owner doesn't really believe me, but I'm glad all of your kitchen staff tie their hairVegetarian options: There are vegan and vegetarian options in every section I think

We visited and had a really lovely waffle breakfast. I opted for poached eggs and streaky bacon which was delicious. My girlfriend opted for fresh fruit waffles. We shared dishes and both said we'd have been really happy with each others choices, delicious. The cappuccino was really good coffee which I believe they roast themselves. Lovely service and staff. Can't wait to return to Lincoln, we'll be visiting again.

Possibly the best coffee I’ve had in Lincoln so far.The menu revolves around dishes with waffles as the name implies.My breakfast was all well cooked and tasty, but my waffle was cold for some reason.The staff are all really good.Definitely worth a visit.

This cosy waffle house has THE best coffee in Lincoln. They have a multitude of different ways to have your coffee and different beans everytime we visit. The food is excellent every single time and we've actually lost count how many times we have now ? Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars I wouldWheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately due to the old nature and narrowness of the building, it's not wheelchair accessible at all. In the summer there is seating outside which maybe available for wheelchairs
