We came in for my brothers birthday enjoyed by all of my family, the food was great and the service by all was great can't fault any of it.

First time I'd visited the Magna Carta socially. We sat upstairs on a mezzanine floor. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Very busy in the venue, but we were served quickly. Although noisy, due to it being busy, you could have a conversation. Didn't have any food. We did see other customers having food, and it looked tasty. Will definitely be going back.

Nice place for a meal after visiting the castle and cathedral. Employees there are nice despite walking all over the place delivering food and drinks to patrons.

Called in at short notice on Mothers Day as we were visiting Lincoln but we're given a warm welcome and pleasant smiles. Great idea putting the booking times on the table so we could pick one well before it was due to be used. Sharon served our food and shared pleasantries making us feel most welcome.
The atmosphere is always so lovely, but I was so disappointed with the food. Upon walking in, my reservation was lost, but luckily there was a table open. I ordered the hunters chicken with 2 changes and when my meal arrived , the chicken was burned and my changes weren’t made. The chicken was black and dry. The servers were nice. I’ll come back for a drink but not a meal.Update- I went into the pub and spoke with the manager Lou and she was wonderful. She listened to me when I told her about my experience and then asked me to come back and let her try to make it up to me. That is great customer service and of course I’ll be coming back. Thanks Magna Carta!

Due to poor weather we arrived nearly an hour early for our booking. But this was no trouble at all and we were shown to our already reserved table. I honestly cannot fault a single thing of our experience, the service and attention we had from all the staff we encountered, the food was cooked to perfection, we can't wait to return.
