Don't come to this drive through for a quick pick up. 10 min in cue 5 cars in front. Told to wait in car park, 8 cars waiting for food. Quality job my useless brothers and sisters!

We visited this McDonalds for the first time today and I liked it inside. I went into the toilet to wash my hands and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and good smell. My wife and son were happy with their order, but I was not. I bought myself a Fish Mac and didn’t like it, too dry and not enough sauce. The last time I ate Fish Mac was in 2014 in the city of Donetsk, Donetsk region, at McDonald's at the Bus Station, and the Donetsk one was much tastier.The parking lot is large but the spaces are narrow and not very convenient.Parking: Narrow parking spacesKid-friendliness: Yes

Pretty shoddy, waited ages. Just generally poor. Plenty of staff with zero guidance.
Visited today for quick breakfast. In my rush when pouring sugar into large latte I spilt the entire lot over the table and floor !Many thanks to Claire who calmly cleaned up the mess I had made and even got me a fresh coffee !Great service

How is it whenever I go into this restaurant it's always Scruffy and dirty ? We went in Monday evening at about 6.45It wasn't busy the drive thru was steady but restaurant was nearly empty but every spare table was dirty I went to the counter to order food as I wanted to change my order around a bit and it takes me ages on the screen and I still get it wrong. So back to the counter I waited for the staff to stop chatting! They wasn't serving anyone. I ordered my food 3 large meals all with chips 2 large cokes and 20 nuggets told them the table number and sat down after about 10 minutes the food turned up 2 large chips and 1 regular not sure how they worked that out with 3 large meals? So took the regular ones back and changed them they was hot not like the 2 large chips that wasn't fresh but we ate them anyway. My apple pie was missing so I asked at the counter she said oh sorry it won't be long we had none ready at time of order. So I thanked her and sat down another 10 minutes went buy and still no pie ! Baring in mind we have eaten a d drunk our food so nearly 30 minutes had gone by from ordering the whole meal till now so I went back to the counter a d stood there as they was talking and it's rude to interrupt!! Then a girl came over and said would you like to order!! So by now I'm a bit pi--Ed off. So I said no thanks I'd like to have the rest of my meal ! So she asked what I ordered and checked the till. As I looked over to the drive thru I saw a apple pie disappearing into a takeaway bag and handed to a driver! So I said my apple pie has gone out the window. She replied no that was ordered at the beginning of the drive thru and he had been waiting 10 minutes for it ! So I pointed out the time I ordered mine and she just went red she went over to the manager or supervisor who looked over and said mine will be there in 5 minutes !!!! So in a nutshell if you can wait a bit longer there is another McDonald's 10 minutes away!
