We spent a lovely hour or so painting spoons and eating yummy treats. I would definitely recommend this as something to do if you run out of historical ideas!!! Lovely staff too!

Combined a super short cruise on the characterful narrow boat Oliver with tea and cakes in the Moonraker. Shooting the Glory Hole was great. Nice friendly service, great value for money. Recommended

Took my daughter for a special treat On Moonraker floating tea rooms where we received a warm friendly welcome. We both had coffee and cakes which were lovely. Such a lovely spot in the heart of Lincoln and would thoroughly recommend it . To finish our day we had a trip on Oliver boat trips which again we were treated well and saw Lincoln from a different angle. Both Moonraker and Oliver really compliment each other and made our day special

Went on the Moonraker for our 4 year old grandson’s birthday. We were well looked after with drinks and cake for a good price. He loved waving at the people on the bank. The man let him help him on the tiller. Half an hour trip was long enough. Very obliging and friendly staff. On our return they gave him a gift for his birthday.

My son has admired the Moonraker and tug boat since he could talk so we took him on for a 4th birthday treat. What great value for money! The team even had a little gift waiting for him at the end.

I booked this mini cruise and cream tea for two on a Groupon voucher for my daughter and I on the Moonraker. So pleased that we did, Mark was the skipper on the little boat Oliver, two cream teas were waiting for us and fresh tea. Oliver has such a lot of character, l really recommend when in Lincoln pay them a visit, really friendly, we had a great time, l hope whoever reads this to give it a try.

My favourite spot in Lincoln for a tea and a chat. Good host and nice location, been going for a long while and has always been a staple of the city.

Fabulous lunch on the Moonraker. Lovely friendly staff, welcomed us aboard and nothing was too much trouble. Great menu options. A thoroughly enjoyable time. Also had a trip booked on a little tour boat “Oliver” which was fantastic. I have never been along the canal and it was truly amazing. What little gems in the heart of our City! Both boats were so clean and offered a warm, friendly welcome. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Loved it! Such a lovely place for a cuppa! Will definitely have to come back for food. Lovely people, me and my other half took a trip on Oliver, was lovely seeing the view from the river! Cheap as chips and well worth the money!

It's not what it says on the tin!!!!! This is in no way a luxurious river tour. The driver who drives the boat didn't speak a word to us, but was happy to pull over and have a chat with all the local barge owners. No music to dull out the silence. The tiniest of tug boats which is in no way clean. Fusty and strong smell of urine. The accessories which adorned the seating area were covered in mould, and broken sharp edges, with a hand written sign that 'Tips are welcome"! The cream tea, well were do I start. first of all there was no tea lol! stale scones, with the tops that peeled off!! Supplied with dirty stained plates. We were told that we could buy spoons for an additional £1 as no cutlery come with it. We were given bottled water and told that again for an additional charge we could upgrade to lemonade !! The x3 people that were running the event, were NOT the cleanest people at all and really need to take a personal hygiene course. All in all we found this an uncomfortable event, with inadequate equipment/accessories and perturbed us from even drinking the bottled water. I cannot express to all that this was so bad it was funny!
