Waited 20 mins in queue just to collect drinks (already paid) finished drinks and still waiting for food. The exisiting system obviously isnt working and people asking for refund whilst still queueing for their hot drinks.

Ordered a soya cappuccino which had bits In it and tasted disgusting. Took it back and offered an alternative said no thank you. Not offered a refund and questioned another worker to check the milk as I had said it was off. Absolutely shocking customer service. I should not have been questioned and offered a refund straight after I politely declined an alternative.

Sorry to say but this visit did not reach the standard we usually find. A greatly reduced menu coupled with news at the till that numerous articles were also unavailable. One of the two jacket potatoes was fine but the second was at best second rate, the explanation that they were the last two seemed lame given the quality on sale instore.

Absolutely shocking. Few members of staff available and all were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Customers were blamed for slow service as staff said they ordered at the wrong counter!!!! We could not find one clean table and had to remove someone else's dirty crockery to sit down. Will never go there again. Nor will I ever again shop at that store.

Seven people in the queue to order and pay when I joined it. 20 minutes later only three people had been served at which point I left. It was quicker to drive 8 miles home and make my own lunch and coffee.

Cheap cheerful and delicious. I love grabbing a bite to eat here because it has wonderfully low prices ?

Much improved. Hadn't been in quite a while as it was quite bad, but someone must have realised the issues and decided to sort it out. Well cooked, good portions now, and the staff there were on the ball with everything even though it was a a relatively quiet Saturday after 3pm.

The Barista Coffee shop is new and the staffing will improve once they become a bit more familiar with the equipment, and remember that this is a SERVICE part of the business, and therefore customers are looking for quick and efficient service. Too many customers had to wait too long for the balance of their order...... This is a management issue, and needs to be sorted PDQ.

They need to cook the porridge properly. It was like stodge and crunchy. Cooked in the microwave. On a positive note my Grandson was able to have some as well. There was a choice of soya milk. Unfortunately he couldn't eat it as it was solid even though they put more soya milk in it. Porridge should be soft and creamy.

Pleasantly surprised at this cafe. Never been before but we decided, after a mornings graft at the allotment, to pop in for a late breakfast. Both my husband and eldest ordered a 'big breakfast' which was more than enough for a growing teenager. My youngest ordered a little breakfast and said we must go back there again at it was 'awesome!' And I ordered an eggs benedict where I was a wee bit disappointed that my eggs were not running but essentially boiled eggs. Only 4 stars as although lovely, it's a really odd/ weird set up from ordering to being served so lots of questions were asked from us to staff as it was all just a bit confusing....... oh and the egg situation.

Popped in for lunch. The area was clean and staff were ensuring that the tables were cleared. Counter staff were helpful and friendly. I had a toasted tea cake, which was fresh but a bit on the small side. My partner had a sausage bap which was very tasty.
