Honestly, just shocking. Ordered from here twice before for myself, was brilliant. Ordered tonight for myself and friends- pizza was stone cold and so were the chips. Even the dog spat those out. Kebab was OK but if salad on it was the more enjoyable part, that tells you something.Delivery was late by almost an hour. Embarrassing.Only giving 5 for service as guy on the phone and delivery guy were pleasant.Very unhappy.

WOWWWWWW that was a delicious burger. The fries too. You can taste the quality of oil too. But the burger I swear was perfect and most certainly would have me buying another if I wasnt 150m away in Preston lol.The Brie cheese addition gave it the edge of taste along with the perfect brioche toasted buns. The perfect salad in the perfect meaty burger.Straight 10 from me!Parking: Perfect to simply drive along, pull in and order. Very friendly staff too
We've used Papa Franks for the last year or two. Kebabs and Pizza's are our "go to" and we've never had an issue. Always great food, not too greasy and the service is very friendly. My son loves the staff. The 7" Pizzas a perfect for kids.

Just had one of the new gourmet burgers! Omg! Was absolutely amazing!I would recommend it to everyone. I was supposed to take a picture and post, but it smelt so good I ate it before I had chance!

The food was an hour and a half LATE from the original delivery time. And only half the food and drinks have been delivered, what has come is cold and stale? waste of money
