Ordered takeaway after a great day celebrating our daughters Graduation... her choice was to order pizzas from yourselves.. what a mistake! 15 mins late, my youngest daughter had to go and find the delivery driver. He had not delivered a Ceasar salad and only one dough balls... spoke to Jamie what a waste of time.. he sounded very drunk!! Then after trying to speak to JustEat that was impossible!! I am now waiting 2-5 days for a refund. The pizzas were not worth the money we paid, a very expensive mistake to the end of a lovely day....

Was seated outside and then ignored. I had to go inside and interrupt the waiters conversion to tell him we were ready to order. After ordering we waited over 30 minutes for our meal once again I had to go inside and look for the waiter. I was told that the order hadn't gone through to the chef. We ended up leaving with no food after spending 45 minutes there. Awful service from a waiter who couldn't care less!

This was our first visit here, a friend had given us a voucher for Christmas so we opted to visit for my husbands birthday. We were sat opposite the kitchen which was cool but very noisy with people going past all the time. The menu felt limited and expensive, additional items on a pizza for £2.50 is outrageous. The food that we had was nice but we feel better value, choice and atmosphere at prezzo. The staff were friendly and helpful, helped us with the app when we had questions.
