The greeting on entry was good and they explained how the ordering worked, although I am not convinced that everyone would be comfortable with online ordering, it worked very well for us.The buffet was not always stocked with the full range and the fries came half way through the meal.I understand that Pizza Hut was a pioneer of deep pan but I would have liked to see more thin crust on the buffet.The drinks arrived very quickly. Whilst some people will take full advantage of the buffet experience with many trips to the pass, I did feel that £15 for 3 pieces of pizza was excessive although I don't know how you could police a lite version. I was impressed by the attention to detail when the team cleared the tables when people left. Overall a good experience

First time at Pizza hut in years. £16 for a little thin pizza with little topping. Half the size of a large dominos which would be £12, Zizzi pizzas are slightly cheaper but much bigger and a lot more tasty, not much taste in the pizza.I won't be going back to pizza hut any time soon, I used to love pizza hut but it's gone right down hill which is a shame.Parking: Parking outside was £6 for the 80 minutes I was there, seemed to be due to the cross over from day and night parking my first hour was day rate then after 6pm I had to pay another £3 for all night but only wanted 30 minutes

Got 3 pizzas, pepperoni pizza was ok bit the other 2 pizzas (Ham and pineapple and BBQ chicken) absolutely mank. Couldn't even eat 1 slice. Tasted like it was not fresh and re heated, never again. Gave 1 star for the pepperoni pizza

So much verity in pizza and salad bar, they staff were so nice and placed us where we asked for listen to our reason for seating us here they said it was perfectly fineParking: Have to pay parking used to be free

Buffet was good and was a very quick way of feeding a hungry gang of kids. Great selection of food and was replenished quickly.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie pizzas and pasta on the buffet and green handles help to show the difference and prevent cross contamination of meat dishes.Parking: Machine takes card or cash only a few £ for a couple of hours.

Me and my boyfriend visited on the 2/10/23 and we had such a lovely meal! the service was incredible, the lady had red hair and was so professional and very helpful!!! sorry i didn’t catch ur name! Very good and fast service. We received our salad bowls seconds after getting seated. Amazing service all around as well as being very welcoming.The only thing is the cost of the food which is quite pricey however; this has nothing to do with the store, but pizza hut itself so cannot blame the store for this one the waitress we had gave us some pointers on what was the cheaper options for us!thank you again to the lady that served us! we will be returning as it was a lovely meal tofinish off a date night ?

Brought my daughter here while dropping her off at the university.The food was fine ... what we were served. But our sides didn't arrive until the end of our meal, by which time we didn't want them. The server told us that our original fries had been given to someone else, and that they'd put more on for us - but obviously that was too late. I probably should have asked for a refund, but none was offered and the fries were left uneaten.I wouldn't rush back, tbh.

Really really great food, even though the prices are fairly high; it’s worth it tbf when you can get unlimited salad and drink refills with a meal. As I say, the food was very tasty too and even the salad bar had great stuff, highly recommend! :DEdit: it was also very quick service too!

After being seated & shown a QR code we were practically ignored. When I asked for help after paying for two buffet meals, I was just shrugged off with a "I'll be with you in a minute" Some staff were nice & helpful but to be honest we couldn't wait to leave.

Always good quality pizza, don't usually have to wait too long for food to arrive, and the staff are friendly!Prices are a little high maybe but it's a great occasional treat. Very kid friendly too, so it can be noisy at the weekends.
