Typical Starbucks.Fast friendly service.Tidy food/drink preperation areas and tables and seating all clean.Instore toilets.Shares carpark with several stores. Carpark is huge though.Great location for shoppers after some retail therapy to just unwind and enjoy a coffee.

Like most it does whats expected lots of shops around for all the family. Then a nice coffee.
Place was filthy! Food crumbs/litter all over the floors and empty tables not cleared away. I get it was busy Sat afternoon but no excuse for not maintaining basic cleanliness in a coffee shop!

The restaurant was dirty, the tables had both been cleared, but still had a messy mystery reside on the tables and the toilet's door lock reset after being locked with people inside it. At least it was funny watching person after person open the toilet door when someone was in there. At least there was a distraction to me so I didn't have to keep thinking about how we spent nearly £10 on, at most, ok drinks.

We popped in on Christmas eve for a last minute treat the young man serving recommended hazelnut crunch special hot chocolate, it was disgusting, no cream on top, nothing crunchy, just a bog standard hot chocolate made with water and a shot of hazelnut syrup, disgusting. Come on Starbucks for that price we expect more from you.

This Starbucks branch has become my favourite in Lincoln.Upon entry, it's clean, tidy and the baristas make your day. ?The brie and cranberry foccacia is just to die for (and the same can be said for their cookies). There was such a lovely atmosphere in the store too, and the baristas worked hard to provide the best service. Also, the cappucino I had was heavenly. Left a wonderfully aromatic aftertaste on my palette. I highly recommend this Starbucks for the fact that it's clean and tidy, friendly service from the baristas, and for the food. Will be visiting again soon. ?

Please don't play last Christmas ... have you never heard of Whamaggedon! Coffee is pretty good, food is decent, but it's a bit warehousey and in need of repair (aircon and toilets)
