Had a really bad experience here with a lady named dani, very rude, disgusting attitude very bad customer service, I was shocked at her behaviour she should not be in this line of work, made our sandwiches then refused service and threatened to call police, people like her need to be locked up id like a response from management

Both footlongs were not toasted when requested to be so, and were flat cold. One sandwich had the wrong sauce in it. Garlic bread and pepperoni slice were stale and undercooked - also tasted of nothing. All reported to Uber Eats. The only saving grace was that the cookies were nice!

Always seems busy and a little cramped when queuing but the service is fast enough and the food good quality. Staff are reasonably friendly but I think would benefit from a little training on professionalism in the workplace, it's fine to talk with your colleagues but it's a bit rude to be having a full conversation about your personal life with the other server whilst ignoring your customers (we don't disappear if you avoid making eye contact with us). Can't complain about the food though and I've certainly had worse servers at other shops.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian/vegan options, staff will offer to change gloves between handling meat/vegetarian products.Parking: High Street location so no direct parking available. Closest parking would be in St. Marks retail park, relatively cheap and always plenty of spaces available.Wheelchair accessibility: Store is wheelchair accessible but due to the design of the queuing system I can imagine wheelchair users having difficulty ordering here.

Small Subway in the pedestrian area of the High Street. The serving area is quite cramped and over all the place is starting to look tired. There is seating for about 14 people. The staff were friendly and efficient, although the cramped feel of the place probably does not make one of the better branches to work in. Food is up to normal Subway standard.Reletive easy access for the mobility impaired. However, i would not recommend this branch for people confined to a wheelchair. The cramped serving area would, especially, during busy times would preclude access to the counter. Seating options would also be limited.Vegetarian options: Std Subway menu, meat, vegetarian and vegan.Kid-friendliness: Std Subway menu and options.

The service was poor. They got my order wrong and when i told them the one lady said they would not be remaking it as it was my fault, this is after i had already paid. (She was blatantly rude through the whole service.) They didn’t offer a refund and refused to remake it. I will not be returning due to this. It is just unacceptable. Customer service is what keeps places like this running and there’s really no excuse for this sort of behaviour!

The fact both franchises exclude discounts/ promotions is very disappointing. No longer do any lunch specials and its £5.50 for a foot long or £3.50 for a 6 inch is very overpriced. Which is no wonder its empty when we always go past.Stop sending us subway coupons to our business store which is located inbetween both subway stores if you exclude from promotions!!!
