Our partys food came out at different times which was stated but 20 minutes between servings was a bit excessive, meaning some of us had finished before the others had been served. Some of the dishes were just warm !Not good for the price we paid for a party of 8 people ?

The food is the same as any Wagamama restaurant. It was mid. But the Staff are great, very friendly and welcoming and offer great service.

Gorgeous food, however, this restaurant does not cater to people who like myself are disabled. There is no ramp access for wheel chair users, only half a dozen steps. The seating inside does not support disabled people. There are only hard wooden stools ( quite high too, almost like bar stools) or wooden benches. I struggled terribly to be comfortable on the stool upon which my daughter and son in law managed to drag me. Indeed, almost 2 weeks later, I'm still finding it difficult to find a comfortable position after sitting on one for more than an hour. The food and service were excellant, and should Wagamama offer some kind of alternative seating, I would go again as I did really enjoy my birthday lunch. The only other downside was the level of the volume of music. It did not provide for conversation. Perhaps my conception of this restaurant is all wrong. Perhaps it is only a younger person's hip quick pitstop for food? Personally, I like to enjoy my food, and there was more than plenty with good conversation. The drinks were highly unusual but delicious. I will recommend this place for the food, but I'm sorry, Wagamama, until you can make some provision for disabled patrons. Mine will be given to one of your rivals, opposite.

The first time I was there, it was packed and the service was quite not “normal”: waited a bit longer, and were ignored for a while, but got our food at the end.The second time there, it was better since it’s not too busy.The food tastes ok. Side dishes portions are smaller than I expected. The main portion is fine to me (I’m not a big eater tbh?)The staff was trying their best and helped me to have what I wanted.The view would be nice to the Brayford Pool but there could be just diners around if it’s busy. So consider it if you want a romantic vibe ?

Waited to get sat down. Restaurant did not look at capacity, so confused as to why there was a queue outside. We were then sat somewhere where the sun was directly in our faces. We ordered our food, then asked to move because the sun was in our face. We were told we could, but because we'd ordered our food already, it might go to someone else who sat in our current seat. We decided to stay put. Our food arrived and not once did someone ask if the food was ok. The meal was not up to the usual standard and our ramen broth was watery compared to usual. Our food was then cleared without asking if it was ok. We then sat for 15 minutes without anyone asking if we wanted dessert or the bill. We got up and paid at the till, without anyone asking if we had a good meal. Very poor customer service on this occasion, and left dissatisfied.

Well I definitely see what the hype is about! Service was really quick, efficient and friendly. We had our drinks and food within 10 minutes of sitting down. Bao buns were delicious and the much loved Katsu chicken was really good. It was slightly on the expensive side but considering how nice the food was and how impressive the service was, it was well worth it.

The food is authentic, well portioned and full of flavour. I have always enjoyed coming to this restaurant for something different, there's a nice variety of food even for the less adventurous out there. The prices are well within what you would expect a restaurant to charge, it's good value for the quality of the food. The inside has plenty of space so you aren't sat shoulder to shoulder with other people either. Will most definatly be back some time soon in the near future.

Our servers Molly and Faith were amazing, clearly explained the menu to us and were so incredibly helpful in answering our questions! We would come back again just for them. The host with pink hair was also lovely helping us feel welcome and settled and told us all the relevant information.10/10 food service and location!
