These lying scumbags accepted our order on Yofoodie and then decided to call us to rant about where we lived ask for a further £10 to cover their drivers costs!! When we politely declined they refused to deliver but went ahead and charged us anyway. We look forward to meeting them in the small claims court.

We have ordered from this place several times.. half of the time they have sent the wrong order and EVERYTIME we have to walk and meet the delivery guy despite knowing exactly where we live. Expected to come out in the cold and rain. We had a delivery guy come to the drive once but was still expecting to walk out to him so he didn’t have to get out the car. Not exactly door to door delivery! Fuming with the delivery service. Appalling every time. Only plus side is the food is nice WHEN THE CORRECT ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED

Ordered a Donner wrap tonight (19/11/22), has to be the smallest kebab/wrap I've ever eaten. Literally think I could of eaten another. I wouldn't recommend.

The restaurant followed instruction on the familykebab app to seperate my chips and chicken. Due to my fault I had to call re a burger that I thought was chicken. The burger delivered was not. I called and without hesitation they sent a chicken burger instead. AmazingI have need impressed and grateful they take care of customers. I'll order again.

Was charged the best part of 50 quid for what could only be described as yesterday's heated grub..... chicken was dry, lamb was gristle and the burgers were rank, not even the cat would eat any of it!!! Do yourself a favour and find another takeaway!! Would give less than 1 star if I could, complete letdown!!!!!!
