Thank you so much to the The Unicorn diner for being so accommodating for us today with our young granddaughter who has several allergies. We were made to feel really welcome and our little one loved playing with the duplo and chalkboard. We all had a delicious stress free lunch as they checked all the ingredients for us. We will certainly return.

Booked catering for 20 for our Granddaughter's party. Paid in full at the time of booking and agreed a list of what was being supplied. This was written in their diary on the date booked. We were not offered, or sent a copy of this list. We agreed to pick up food as they couldn't deliver because of other bookings that day. On the day of collection there was no popcorn, bacon turnovers, drinks and the chicken nuggets had been substituted with chicken strips and some strange chicken rings. The guy on the counter said the boss hadn't told him about the missing items hence they weren't there. On returning the 'trays' today the boss was sat outside chatting to someone. 'Everything okay' she asked. Not really I answered and then went on to explain. She admitted the missing items were her fault but then went on to become extremely rude about the fact that we had the 'cheek to complain'. Maybe this boss needs to remember that customers pay her wages! As far as she was concerned we were the problem. She eventually gave us a refund of £10 to get rid of us whilst complaining all the time about how petty we were. My advice would be avoid unless you want to be verbally abused if you dear to complain.

First visit will not be the last. Food excellent , presentation excellent could not fault anything. Very good price have had worse elsewhere and paid a lot , lot more. The chef is a great asset to this diner, I hear Sunday roast is amazing so will be back .

I decided to visit the diner after living in Sutton. Ridge many years and always wanted to. I took my little boy along and we both really enjoyed the breakfast! Great value for money and fantastic service. They even plated a breakfast to take away for my wife who was working from home! Will definitely be going back

This cafe used to be our favourite stopping off point on our way to Suffolk. Stopped today ordered bacon sandwiches. The cheap bread was stale and dry. Served with a side salad? No cutlery or napkins. Had a totally different feel to tge place. Won't be calling again.

I used to like ordering from here, their ribs were amazing! Though the chips always let it down by being overcooked.. Ever since they came off of foodhub and onto their own app/website I am no longer able to order.. Everytime it gets to the awaiting confirmation from restaurant screen they decline it! Ive tried on 5 different occasions and same outcome each time.. I give up with this place, ridiculous!!

If you want someone to mess you around and your food, then this is the right place for you, the owner smells unclean. Not great if she is around food. Last time I'm visiting this place, not genuine at all.

**Mediocre Buffet food**Well here is my honest review which I was going to leave offline until I read the Status on Facebook about how we dirtied table cloths at a party!! I MUST add a substantial amount was paid to THE DINER which should have well covered the Dry cleaning/replacement of these few cloths. (Should you have a food/drink likely to stain put a table protector under said items! IT IS NOT DOWN TO US TO WORRY ABOUT THIS!!This has me Peeved as the guests Mostly complained about the Hygiene and poor attitudes of the staff provided to ensure all of the guests felt comfortable.... and the food and drinks topped up as promised! (without complaints whispering to each other)When the food finally arrived the trays looked like they had been transported stacked and it seemed the staff was faffing to recover the presentation which of course resulted in the food being handled much more than necessary.Please teach your staff to not talk about company business at work, especially when hosting customers as this review could have been a lot more embarrassing for you! Good luck with the move......This place is not a Professional and the Shocking attempts to get more money at each opportunity have left us with a strong 0***** for this Establishment.If you are reading this and planning a wedding or have enough time to rethink your position PLEASE DO!Do not have your special event ruined by this place. :(

I was visiting fam in Holbeach n decided to stop at the unicorn diner for a roast. The veg was discusting as was frozen, the meal was luke warm n the pork tasted like it was microwaved. Me n three fam members have been very ill for 4 days, also heard theres rats in the kitchen. Avoid at all costs unless you want poorly tummys. Star rating minus 1 as the place needs condemning
