Staff was rude and ignorant, served the wrong drinks 3 times, and served the children's drinks too hot deliberately after I complained the 3rd time.

Cinnamon roll was dry, the assistant was rude and to top it off ridiculously expensive, didn't realise would need a bank loan for a yoghurt and granola!!

Always a good experience in this coffee shop. Pleasant staff, quick service and a brilliant atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: Options for non-dairy "milks" eg oat, soya etc

It's a Costa, it does exactly what you'd expect, reliably.

Coffee ok. At just before 1700 hours today february 5th, staff member was vacuuming round us. Very unrelaxing. Just paid 8 pounds for 2 coffees. I heard a customer say 'would you like me to move my feet! Walked past front of shop at 1730 hours and 'warning signs were out'. Floor must have been mopped too, with customers still in store. Not only unrelaxing, but very dangerous too.Vegetarian options: I usuallyKid-friendliness: Beware of wet floors and wires from cleanersWheelchair accessibility: As above

Large skinny vanilla latte spot on gets really busy in there and they still do a good job. 10/10 from me

£5.75 for a prepacked cheese toasty. Touch expensive if you ask me. Lovely coffee, helpful staff and clean table were available on a busy day so a good place to go for coffee ?

Like any other Costa, the McDonald's of the coffee world. Coffee was ok to be fair. Lots of other good locally owned coffee shops are in Louth. I only went because my friend insisted. Overall, I can't fault
A vibrant and busy coffee shop in the middle of Louth with excellent staff. Caitlin, Shannon, Amy and Malcolm are very welcoming and knowledgeable and always seem to have a smile on their faces even when the place is packed with customers.

The coffee at this Costa was really good when we were passing through. Staff were polite and friendly.

Lovely atmosphere inside… however, one member of staff spoke to me in a very rude manner then continued to speak behind my back so loud I heard what was said. Treat costumers how you want to be treated. Coffee was average expect better service for £5. Should have gone to Starbucks.
