Ordered at 1pm thru just eat food didn't arrive till 3.30pm!! And even then they had got our order wrong I mean a meatball salad with no meatballs...... no sides and drinks for meal deals it's no wonder this place has such a bad reputation. And there prices are a rip

There is no consideration given to the food hygiene, in particular to cross contamination. There's no concept of changing gloves when preparing different orders. Good luck, if you are allergic to any food or have any dietary requirements. I had to throw away my food after observing the poor food hygiene. Very poor from a well established company.

Asked for meal and got charged individually, she stated hasn't gone through the till as a meal and walked away, very unhappy only second time of visiting this one won't be going again staff are not friendly

The food was not good bread burnt and cold in the middle.staff could not be bothered .my food looked like something I would give to my dog .and the tables and floor was filthy .I will never be going back again .

Waited 6 minutes for someone tho realise we were stood in store Woman eventually appeared wasn't very inviting also snappy for the order When preparing sandwich attention to detail was non existant as she was enthralled in conversation with colleagues Not the level of service you'd expect for 15 pounds

Always a pleasure to call into this small but quiet venue when in the area. Very friendly, helpful staff, the food is well prepared, and the tables are always clean. A nice place to catch up on computer work too. Recommended.

I decided to go in and really wished I didn’t bother . The whole place looks like it could do with a good clean inside and out and from top to bottom . Customer service is non existent , a smile , hello or a thank you would of been good . As it was a take away I didn’t unwrap it until I got home , the bread was stale on the ends and for the price the filling was minimal. Even if your desperate and no where else is open I’d still advise against . Avoid .

First time ordering through just eats, was delivered within 3 minutes of leaving the shop and was cold hash browns were cold looked like been left out for days, pizzas just had cheese melted so bread with melted cheese not pizza. Bits missing of order asked for a refund just hope I get for price I didn't want a cold pizza and bits missing

Sadly this is the second time I’ve been here. Few weeks ago I had a delivery, after I finished my food my stomach didn’t feel right and I was sick…Today I thought I give another try. The place is filthy would have been better eating outside in the park. Sadly my stomach feels rough again, feel sick… I’m definitely not coming back.

Ordered a delivery. It was 2 hours late and I had to ring twice to see what was happening. They didn't ring the doorbell when they delivered, they just left it outside. Luckily we heard a car so checked the door. The food was cold. It was also more expensive than eating in.
