Had a fabulous time here last night. Great atmosphere, fabulous food and fantastic staff who were brilliant. They made our office Christmas party of 10 a fantastic night. We’ll be back!! Thank you again everyone.

We had a meal here last night. Very disappointed as we had been recommended to dine here. We booked a table for 8.15pm. After our starters we waited until 9.15pm when I asked where the main course was, our waitress said it was coming. At 9.30 I asked the waited where our food was. He apologised saying they were busy. Our waitress came over and said its coming. It finally arrived at 9.40pm. When we were served, the waitress asked who had ordered the first dish she brought. We couldn't hear her and presumed it was my fish dish. She then put a fish dish in front of my husband. I said that was wrong as I ordered fish. She then asked what we had ordered, I said I couldn't remember the name of the dish could she bring the menu. She then sneered saying don't you know what you've ordered. I tried to explain that I'd ordered a fish dish but couldn't remember the name. That's because all restaurants call similar dishes different names. She then picked up the plates and swapped them over slamming then in front of us and walked off. I said to my husband she was rude. She came and I said I thought she had been rude. She then spoke very loudly saying I was not rude and threatened to take our food away. I had one attempt to tell her that she had come across as rude. However, she kept saying she wasn't rude and continued to threatened to take our food away. My husband said we'll just have our meal and she walked away. Unfortunately, although the fish and chicken in our dishes was tasty, not all the pasta was cooked properly some of it hard. Having already had a very negative experience from our waitress and waiting so long for our meal, we ate what was edible without complaining. It was our first and certainly last meal there.I looked on the website so I could email them directly before writing this review but couldn't find an email address.

Food was average, service was slow, was given flat lemonade, they exchanged it for another flat lemonade, changed drink to a lime and soda, flat again and not soda! was then offered a appletiser, which in fact was poured from an apple tango can, it was flat too, the barmaid said it must be the ice! then the table behind us ordered a rose with lemonade and guess what it was flat and was sent back! Don’t try and fob customers off with flat drinks, it make you look cheap!

Terrible,worst customer service I've ever experienced in all my years of dining out,waited 1 hr 40 for main course to arrive,when we questioned whether it was the correct meal the woman who served us become very arrogant and rude,when we told her she was being rude to us she threatened to take our meals away and kick us out of the restaurant,I'm here to serve people not be nice to people we were informed and then insisted she wasn't being rude and again threatened to kick us out,I wish we had let her in the end because the chicken pasta dish I had was very disappointing and was mainly just pasta and sauce with the very minimalist amount of chicken,certainly the least amount I've ever had,would never go back again and would advise others not to bother.

Good food and service excellent. Would have been five stars but firstly if your sat in a empty restaurant you do not expect staff to sit every customer who arrives in one corner of restaurant you would have thought they would space people out.Secondly it was the worst coffee I have ever tasted in a Italian, you would expect a double espresso to be spot on.

We all ordered steak with a blue cheese sauce, we were asked how we would like it cooked and we all said medium rare and the waitress commented oh the chef will love you.The steak came well done for all of us we called for the manager who remarked it was medium we said no it's well done, it was grey with the tiniest hint of pink in the middle and as chewy as an old boot.She told us there was no more steaks and asked what we wanted to do.We told her we would like the menu to reorder a different meal.We waited 40 minutes and had to remind a waiter to take our order then waited another 30 mins for food.The new meal I ordered was ridiculously sweet so I swapped with somebody else.The staff didn't offer a free round of drinks or dessert whilst we were waiting and didn't seem that friendly.Such a shame as the in-laws had visited this restaurant previously and ordered the same meal and highly rated it.Not sure what happened this time around.

Please, please, please don't eat in this restaurant. Extremely disappointed with the service and the food was awful. We waited over 35 minutes for somebody to take our order and then another 20 minutes for the starters to arrive, the presentation was okay, but the starters were cold. Me and the wife, both ordered pasta, I had King prawns and the wife had salmon, in my pasta I counted 4 King prawns, and after my wife started eating her salmon paster, she found a great big chunk of skin that apparently had been mixed up with the pasta, look at the photo. I spoke to a young waiter and he said he would have a word with the kitchen staff but he never came back to me. I asked him again and he just said it was a mistake from the kitchen, at this stage, we called it a night and asked for the bill, we waited for another 20 minutes for the bill, in the end, and fed up with waiting we got up to pay at the counter. At the counter, I mentioned the chunk of skin my Wife had found in her Salmon pasta and how slow the service had been. The lady I spoke with had no manners whatsoever, she was extremely rude and her behavior was appalling. She shouted at me and accused me of being a serial complainer, and told me to never come back to a restaurant. Not going back to the restaurant is probably the best advice that she has given me, not a single Sorry, just don't come back. I would advise anybody not to even eat in the restaurant as the service and food are both appalling.

Very poor service is an understatement. Just told to sit there. Then we waited over half an hour and nobody even asked if we would like a drink!!! I cannot comment on the food as we never saw a menu!!! What a waste of time.

Just popped in for a quick meal before a concert at St. James. Even though the restaurant was fully booked, they managed to fit me in. Just had a main course (Pollo alla Creama), which arrived very promptly. All the staff appeared competent, friendly and helpful. Sensibly priced. Despite some negative views on this site, I found it to be perfectly acceptable. High standard of food, presentation, and service. Thank you
