Girls lunch and we move around each week, it came out as a go back to venue definitely.Mixture of meals chosen and some were good value but some where a bit disappointing.Overall we enjoyed it.

We were a group of 5 adults, and a table was easy to find. The staff (David and Mel) really were pleasant and hardworking, sadly that's where the positives run out.We all ordered different food, all of which was very poorly presented and very small portions,and not quality at all.I ordered the premium burger, when it arrived it literally was a burger in a bun with chips, no side salad no onion rings no coleslaw, nothing, just a burger bun and a few chips, definitely not good value at £16, I appreciate pubs are struggling but personally, I think they have cut just too many corners, all of the food we ordered was very no frills and definitely not value for money. Sadly we won't be returning.

Food has improved vastly since last time we visited. Service is still very Very poor waiting ages for your food to arrive and when it does things you ordered aren't on your meal .yes they apologise and will go and get it ,generally eaten your meal before the missing items arrive.All in all food good kitchen staff very poor.

Great place to relax..Staff are always welcoming and great with my dogs too..Food and beer are fantastic..Always visit on a Friday afternoon for a few beers and David and Jade are always pleased to see us both..Great pub with friendly staff..What more could you want..Definitely recommend..
