Average, always chavvy kids in there being loud. There was 3 of us waiting to be served and there was 5 members of staff in two separate groups talking and ignoring us won’t come back again

Sad to say the Golden Arches is not good value anymore the Big Mac is nothing like it was a few years ago a top brand supposedly and the quality isn’t that great any more ..no milkshake or ice cream on sale I can only imagine they can’t be bothered to clean the machine I know it’s a pain to clean but with the amount of staff on someone could be cleaning it

Got delivered, had fries and a drink missing, they blamed it on Uber eats but the bags were all sealed up and we’ve already dealt with that driver a few times never had a problem!! Anyway after that battle we realised that we had some undercooked bacon on burgers, lol maybe that’s Uber eats fault aswell ??♀️

Poor food and had to return as was cold. Service was very slow and was full of teenagers swearing and using the free Wi-Fi.Staff were friendly but site is to small for a sea front location.

I have thought McDonald's has been lacking in food quality for a while now but thought we would try again it was cold as it was the previous time we went to skegness food was thrown together literally so for 27 pound we had cold burgers cold fries and flat coke KFC for me

Absolutely shocking service. Went there today (29/12/2023) and ordered BigMc&chips no milkshake, AGAIN!Place was virtually empty but had to wait nearly 20m on thr drive through.When asked what took so long they said they were busy, busy with ZERO people at the counter!Then when I found a place to stop and eat, chips were way undercooked and bland, no salt.BigMc wasn't the best either.Shocking, shocking, shocking.Place is a joke!!!!

This sadly needs to be sorted. Consistently poor food quality. It is ALWAYS cold. In a seaside to where tourists often want a quick, easy place to eat, it is an embarrassment. It's a joke ,but I bet food bought from Boston would arrive quicker and hotter than here.

Served quickly. When I went to take the tray of rubbish to the bin a member of staff said I will take that for you and wished me a lovely day. While waiting for another family member to come back from the toilets I witnessed him doing the same to someone else. Fantastic customer service.

Went today had a breakfast and we had a lovely welcome from Nick with xmas presents for my son and an excellent customer service from him. Thank you Nick please keep up the good work ???

Used the drive through burgers only warm and not wrapped properly fries hot and was not given any serviettes, service was okay, but I'm only giving 3 stars overall.
20mins to get 2 hot chocolates then was like warm and not full, complained and got new ones but no real

I had the "bad luck" of being given the wrong order there on two separate visits. The first time I just threw it away, the second time I rang to complain. McDonald's sorted it by giving me an E voucher, but it took 3 weeks and far too many phone calls and emails. Not

Order food from Mcdonald through uber eats at 8.40 only just received order at 21.55 Narcis Adrian uber driver was rude I paid for priority order and I order 3 chicken select meal inside my Box was 6 chicken nuggets aswell as a big mac mealAll Food was Ice cold no dips I ordered and no straws ended up having to heat up both meals in microwave even the drinks were warmer than the food that's how cold the food wasWill not be ordering from uber app again

I am quite regular here. We have gone from cold food to really quite good warmth wise. However presentation. Not good. It looks like they have thrown the burger together. Not just one burger, but everyone the last 4 or 5 times. Looks almost inedible as though it had been dropped, scooped up and chucked in box. And very rarely have milk shakes on. Maybe now out of season we maybe ok.

This must be one of the busiest times when I used the branch. It was crowded and the service slow and mistakes were made with the order. Also the wait was about 20-30 minutes for the order. I have used this branch before and it’s been much better than this. I will use it again in the future. It’s just on this day it was extremely busy.
