Visited this restaurant during my journey up North. Phoned them up and placed an order for a takeaway. A lady answered and took my order. She told me my food would be ready in 20 minutes. 10 minutes later I received a phone call from the same lady to reconfirm my order, I believe this was done to see the if I'm a legitimate customer.Nonetheless, I arrived at their restaurant 25 minutes later after she called to confirm my order and was told to reorder again and pay up front. Their so called restaurant is embarrassingly small and the waitng area is next to a large table, which at the time was occupied by a large party. I was told to leave and come back in 20 minutes.20 minutes later I arrived again and the food wasn't ready. I had to hang about uncomfortably until my food arrived. The food itself was horrid and totally tasteless. Just warm gooey slops of what looked like leftovers. The error I made was not opting for other local restaurants nearby that are far better. I should've done my research beforehand. Lesson learnt indeed.

Had a terrible meal last night. Tandoori chicken was dry and tasteless, curry tasteless, rice over cooked and lumpy and Nan breads were the only good thing. No atmosphere and service was shocking !! Wouldn’t recommend or go

We were staying just outside Skegness and found this place online who luckily delivered out to us as we were in the middle of nowhere. We had chicken tikka masala and chicken shashlik, pilau rice and the usual poppodoms etc. Both meals were delicious but could have done with a few more pieces of meat for the price we paid. We live in London and this was more expensive than London. My chicken in the shashlik was a little dry in places and loads of onion, a bit too much. over all happy with the food and very good service from the guy on the phone and the delivery guy. Delivery was quicker than expected.

Saffron is great because it serves real Indian food with lots of flavors. They have all the usual dishes you find in other Indian restaurants. The service is lovely, and the owner is welcoming. It's not too expensive and definitely worth a visit.

The food is really good – nicely seasoned and cooked well. They could improve the presentation, and the ambiance needs some work. But, wow, the staff is amazing! Keep it up, guys!

We celebrated my partner's 50th birthday with a delightful meal at Saffron tonight. It was truly the finest Indian dining experience we've ever had. The restaurant team was exceptionally friendly and polite, and the cuisine surpassed our expectations. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Skegness. The food was excellent, reasonably priced, and the service was prompt and efficient. Well done!

Indulged in delicious cuisine featuring some unexpectedly tasty dishes, like the delightful vegetable chocolate masala! The kulfi and mango lassi were also excellent. The service is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant exudes a pleasant, calm ambience. I would certainly revisit when in Skegness!

Just ordered the chef special curry priced at £15.99, which included rice, salad, and mint sauce. It was truly amazing, and I highly recommend it. The bhuna sauce was rich in flavor, and the meat was tender. We also shared a keema Naan and poppadoms between the two of us. This is the best Indian food I've had in years. It's a must-try; not many takeaways impress during a holiday, but this one stands out from the rest. ?

Had a delightful evening with excellent service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere. The taste was exquisite—a beautiful compliment to the chef. If you're seeking a traditional Indian night out with great people and delectable food, Saffron Skegness is the place to be.

The service was speedy and excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was flavorful, although the space is somewhat limited, it's sufficient to handle peak times.
