Made a special trip from Boston for an evening at arcades and grabbed a quick bite .We were informed that the menu may be limited as the kitchen was closing after the weekend ,I presume for a refit .All I can say is good job .After ordering food it came pretty quickly but we had asked several times for our table to be wiped (it was very dirty but no other tables were suitable ) we were well into our meal when some one half heartedly strolled over and attempted to wipe the table round our plates .We asked to have some BBQ sauce warmed up and were to no ,we asked again and finally someone said they could do it but it took 15 mins to arrive the meal was almost over The staff were rude and seemed to be standing around doing nothing . Ordered a coffee but the machine was only dispensing water hot chocolate and hot milk .I informed the staff and this was to their credit sorted out promptly .The food was as it usually is nicely presented and and adequate for the price .However within an hour of eating I experienced intense stomach pains and was violently sick and then later had several trips to the toilet Ruining our evening .I was the only one ill .We all ate different meals 2 vegan meals and one mixed grill I had burgers .So unsure as to the cause of my violent reaction. Not a please I expect I shall revisit .!!!!!

I was very unsure about eating here after seeing the poor reviews on here. Was shocked when the food turned out to be really good. Stopped in here as our first choice was fully booked. We both had the mixed grill, mine was the standard size and my husband had the large one. Everything on the plate was cooked well, was hot, and was very tasty. Not to mention really good value as are all Wetherspoons. Couldn't fault the place. Its a decent place to eat - and we are quite fussy usually.

After a half-hour wait (it wasn't that busy either) my food arrived. Soggy fish, undercooked chips and tepid mushy peas. All in a rather cramped and gloomy interior. Sorry but if you think cheap beer is the be all and end all, you're wrong. Won't be going again.

Whenever we are on holiday we always come here on steak night as it is always very good, but not this time the steaks were thin and overcooked and the whole meal was cold, i informed the manager who explained that they were short staffed and offered us a free drink, which to be honest would not make up for a terrible meal.

What an awful pub. Service is awful. Some bloke collaped after they served him beyond. He collapsed and they kicked him so see if there's was a response and laughed whilst doing this, and this being a manager. Laughed saying I'll give him another hour to see if breathing or not!! Terrible attitude and service. I had rude service whilst this was all going in... never do I recommend going in this dump. Imagine if this was your family member getting a kicking from a manager from spoons?

This was a lovely pub, always fairly busy. We visited twice during our holiday in Skegness. The food was hot and tasty, it was served quickly. We ordered on the app and only waited a maximum of 20 minutes for food and drinks. The staff were friendly and checked everything was okay with our food. We had no issues here and there was a range of food options. The prices were cheap and cheerful.

I visited on Tuesday 18th July with my 2 friends at around 1pm for daytime drinks. We used the app and the drinks came very quick. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! I have an allergy to cherries and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with that which I appreciate so much, I’m new to the area and I think I found my new local! To Jade and the staff well done and thank you x

Visited on a Sunday evening, it wasn't busy. I had gourmet chicken burger which came with chips and onion rings. My wife had scampi with chips. We also had a side order of 12 onion rings of which we only got eleven!! Typical wetherspoons toilets upstairs. Cheap drinks and decent food. Never had a bad meal at all the wetherspoons I've visited.

What a hole. I ordered fish and chips, it was the smallest fish I'd ever seen, when I cut in to it their was no fish, just batter. I complained to the lad who appeared to have some attitude and told me if you want fish then go to the chippy! I then asked for the manager whom didn't really care of my complaint, for him to go to the staff member and just laugh....my husband had a steak which was cooked cremated when he asked for it to be rare, and it was full of gristle. He also asked for mustard, to be told they haven't got any. My wine tasted of pipe cleaner, so I couldn't drink it. The toilets, well, 3 out of 4 was closed and the toilet that I did use was disgusting with no lock on door..... all the staff are rude! They just bang your food on table and walk off with an attitude. This place should be knocked down as its so dirty and poorly run.... staff need educated especially on common manners....... if you don't like your job then jog on to another. It's customers that keeps you in a job.

Ordered food at this pub, server brought the food to the table, he was in a very stained black shirt & dirty jeans, just stood at the edge of the table with meals in hands, giving us a sulky look with no comment. We had to ask for our individual meals. I tried to be friendly & start the conversation by saying how good the food looked but he just rolled his eyes, then gave me a dirty look & walked off. He did not say a single word from arriving at the table to walking away, just gave a dirty look. I have never used this pub so I do not know why we got this treatment, but speaking to a regular here I was assured it was not us. Food was OK,& interior could do with a little TLC, including the toilets, but we will never use this pub again, due to the scruffily dressed, terrible service we received.

Came here today ordered meals and dessert on the app was served super quick! Good value? place looks tired tho maybe a revamp would do it justice.

Wot, no ketchup? Had a usual mediocre meal in Wetherspoons this evening. Nothing good or bad about it. Came quite quickly and was OK. BUT they had no ketchup or mustard. Only condiments on offer were brown sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Bit sparse.
