I booked a table for the 31/03/2024 for 6 people for Sunday roast we got there and was taken to a table then ask what drinks we would like so we ordered the drinks. then when we got our drinks we ordered our roast dinners we ask for 3 meats and was told there was no gammon.so we said that’s fine few minutes later the waitress comes back and says I’m sorry we’ve got no beef either. this was only 16:00 in the afternoon and they say they serve Sunday roast up till 18:00. absolutely disgusting what’s the point in booking a table when they can’t fulfill what they are advertising very disappointing very poor management no apologies.

Food poisoning from the chicken!! Never had an issue before but the only thing g I had that day was a chicken salad! Partner also had the chicken but refused to eat it because of how it looked. Will nit be returning!

Had the chicken and ribs was worst meal ever ribs where chewy and dry chicken was cold microwaved little lad had pizza and veg carrots where dried out not fit for pig farm pizza not much better don’t waste your hard earned money

Great service from Kat at a very busy lunchtime, she is a star but visit spoiled by the fact no beef or Gammon available on the Sunday Lunch menu at 1.30PM. Very poor planning!

AVOID ALL COST! The meal as a whole was very very poor. Very bad quality peas, carrots and parsnips was very andante very hard. The roasties straight from frozen. Yorkies out of a packet. Gravy was WATER thin thin water that’s NOT gravy. No taste NO flavour just water. The supposedly “Fanta” we had was NOT Fanta taste like 99p fizzy pop from your local corner shop. Gammon was ok not great quality. You’re not getting your moneys worth it. Big rip off.

Visited on a Saturday lunch time. The food was ok but the portion sizes were very disappointing. We had Scampi and Fish. The side order of chips we ordered had double the amount of chips compared to a main plate, and the side order of bread and butter never appeared and we didn't see another server til our meals were finished.Overall it was ok but very expensive for what you get. £11+ for a few bits of scampi, very small portion of chips and a heaped teaspoon of mushy peas.

Always best to book as gets busy at lunch times.You can do this easily on there website.Very popular in Skegness.Parking: Lots of parking and disable parking must give ypur registration to restaurant desk then parking is free.Wheelchair accessibility: All ground floor plenty room around tables for access. Disable parking outside front doors.

Good atmosphere and (mostly) good food.I do have to knock a star off though as I had the Prawn Cocktail starter, where the butter for the malted bread was as hard as a brick, having come straight out of the chiller - totally unusable, and if thrown at a window would be sure to smash it. I could have knocked another star off as well as, like all Whitbread restaurants, if you have a dish with coleslaw it's put direct on the hot plate, not in a ramakin - something no other restaurant does, as warm coleslaw is not appetising.Wheelchair accessibility: All on ground floor with no steps. Toilet easy to get to as well.
