Very nice place and staff are always polite and friendly.The food is very good.The service is very good.Prices are great, plus great deals.I go every time I am in Skegness.

Went yesterday, don't know if it's got new owners but it was awful, service was terrible, waited over half a hour for our chips, when we finally got them, they were barely cooked with no taste and the peas were disgusting, won't we going back there.

Our News Years Eve Dinner before our Entainment Evening at suncastle.Small queue on our arrival prompt service.I ordered a lovely tasting tray of plain chips costing £ 2.50 cooked to perfection and kept really hot.we enjoyed ours along with the sea breeze as we walked along the south parade I think this place will be tomorrow evenings Dinner as well.Kid-friendliness: Pushchair accessible to the counterSmall sitting area under cover outside and a few tables insideWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendlyEnd of table space to join a table in the seating areas

We went on a cold November evening and were the only ones sitting down. Fish and chips were amazing. Best I've had on ages. We were going to eat outside but was too cold. Highly recommended.

We have always headed here when in Skegness. Unfortunately it was very disapointing this week. The chips were horrible, looked very anaemic. They were chewy and loads of tiny bits of chips. Horrible!!

This place is ok, fish and chips are fish and chips at the end of the day however what put me off is the seating area is dirty and staff stand around just watching with there headphones in not really doing anything. Yes they wipe the table tops but the seats and floors are something else,

Always come here when we're holidaying this neck of the woods so good went back for more only problem my eyes were bigger than my belly. So good why go elsewhere! Staff friendly food is fantastic

What a amazing place with friendly staff even whilst they are extremely busy they still can have a laugh with the customers the food was fresh and good my son had the kids sausage and chips with a side a of gravy and he said it's the best he ever had

I had read that this was the best place for fish and chips. I was very disappointed as the chips were undercooked and soggy. I won't be going back.
