I went to the Bombay cottage on a Saturday evening and all the staff were so lovely and accommodating! The food was fresh, super yummy and in large portions!Would 100% go back and recommend as a date spot or for a group of friendsThanks guys :)

The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant, although it was a weeknight and not very crowded. The portions were generous, and the food was good but not the best indian we have been too. After the meal, we were offered complimentary Baileys and Port, which was a nice touch. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

Gave this curry house a second chance as found the food to be appointing when we dined in house. Ordered a takeaway this time but unfortunately it was no better A potato side dish had hard lumps which were not cooked properly and the chicken main was dry and tasteless Won’t be going back !!! Such a shame as other reviews had encouraged us to expect a much higher standard Our hunt continues for a great Indian restaurant in the Grantham area ?

Our order was underwhelming, we are very familiar with the dishes we ordered and compared to other restaurants in Stamford I’m afraid we found the Bombay Cottage to be quite bland. The guy who greeted me could’ve smiled too, which didn’t help the overall experience.

Ordered a Take away last night, I must say the food was exceptional, never been disappointed in the 15 years that I used them, the portions are perfect, the food was very hot as I expected, on time delivery, I personally think they do the best curries ???

Came down here for Burghley week with my friends. The atmosphere was excellent and was busy buzzing with people. Their customer service was very good and had lovely staff that were very helpful. The food was exceptional, best Indian in Stamford in my opinion, and has variety of options. Will definitely come back again with my family!
