Rude staff that almost always get my order wrong. I was penalised over the phone because I wanted all 5 milkshakes I had paid for to have whipped cream as it comes with as standard. Ordinarily I wouldn’t have minded a couple missing some however it was so all my autistic children could have the same (no fighting/upset) I wanted them as I ordered them. I wasn’t being fussy or demanding at all and they have since sent wrong items if they have ran out instead of sending it correctly advertised. if you can overcome the rude staff and the wrong orders (usually deserts) then you can however enjoy a very nice milkshake

About the fourth time I’ve got the completely wrong order paid for a waffle with forer rocher gelato and blue raspberry slush drink and got what appears to be whippy ice cream blended as a drink and the same ice cream with a dab of chocolate sauce as the ‘forer rocher’ ice cream - feel like I’ve been robbed and want my money back! Shame as no other desert place in Stamford but do not order from here waste of time and money every single time. I left a voicemail with the owner and hope to get a call back or response soon.

Order online pay for goods then get a phone call say dessert ordered not available and as ordered online no refunds available so choose something else .I'm sorry if I wanted something else I would of ordered in the 1st place. Order arrived even the replacement was wrong

Ordered cookie dough but somthing completely differnt arrived. A lot of there menu items have the exact same name and description but you get somthing completely different. Tried to and even showed them this issue but was shouted at instead.

Very disappointed, so overpriced... I didn't expect it to be this quality for that price! The only thing that was nice , was banana ice cream. Delivery was okay, came earlier than expected.

Delivered quickly, and exactly what I ordered. Would be nice if there was an option to pay extra for a large milkshake, including 2 types of icecream ?
