we ordered two sandwiches and were very disappointed by the quality the bread was not fresh and fillings were not what was expected for the price . We have since found much better places in Stamford for similar prices mostly less . Expected far better .

I don’t live in Stamford but my friends do and took me to the Drawing Room. Friendly staff attentive and welcoming. Delicious Christmas dinner beautifully presented and served. I ate it all and although my friends had dessert I asked for a slice of Christmas cake to take home. It was given to me in a little box. Christmas started that lunchtime. Thank you so much

Today we visited The Drawing Room in Stamford for the first time, we had lunch which was quickly served by excellent staff who were very friendly, the food was very good and we would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Popped in for coffee and a scone after a leisurely walk through Burghley Park. The atmosphere was pleasant, a nice change from the chain cafes, as was the coffee, food and service. The Singapore Fans kept the cafe nice and cool on this warm morning. Nice to see salads on the lunch menu, not often you can find low calorie meals in cafes. We will be back. Thank you!

Just had a fantastic brunch at the Drawing Room , we hadn't booked and were lucky to get a table as it was very busy . I had the bubble and squeak special and my daughter had the stack waffles both were fabulous. The service was excellent and the atmosphere very friendly . I would strongly recommend

We had Afternoon Tea for my daughter’s 40th Birthday it was lovely a great selection of sandwiches and cakes. Thoroughly recommend you give this place a visit.
