I called them before placing order to check how long it will take to deliver if am placing it via just eat. The guy who took my order was really nice and he told me it will take 1hour if placed through just eat but they can deliver in 30minutes if we place directly through them!I placed order and meanwhile the owner took the call and spoke in such an arrogant attitude to explain the menu. He asked for extra money for the online card payment which is unethical and illegal.As I mentioned that It is illegal and unethical, he delayed my delivery from 30mts to 55mts. When I called to ask about the order status he started shouting and talked so disrespectfully! No professionalism and ethics!Food was pathetic. Being an Indian, I can understand the food quality ! It was all burnt, and there was no salt!!

Lied to, order was advised delivered when not even left. Cold when arriving 40 minutes late. Curry was nothing like what ordered. Absolutely avoid this restaurant

We recently visited Alam Balti and was realy happy with the service we received. there was 6 of us and we was kindly looked after by the staff we brought our own alcohol which is a good idea and saved us some money we all had popodoms and a chutney tray which was Free with our main meal . would highly recommend the lamb bhuna if anyone is looking for a nice small relaxing restaurant give Alam Balti a try you won’t be disappointed

Food lovely as a rule we've ordered off just eat however they phoned us up saying all the roads were blocked off and couldn't get to our house. Understandable you may think ? but we managed to get there and back. We got a free mango chutney for our trouble even though we'd payed for delivery.

Beautiful traditional Curry house with same owner for 17 yrs! It was a shame not many people were in on a Sat. But lots of take away.

It really was Lovely food, we couldn’t fault that, the quality of the food was beautiful…we were the only ones in the restaurant & it was nice enough service but tried to over charge us at the end of the meal. When the bill came every food item was overcharged. The bill was £221 (with a service charge that wasn’t discretionary) however when I recalculated myself the bill was £195 with the service charge, which in hindsight now I wished I’d asked them . He tried to say the calculator stuck but it wasn’t because of that, I would advise anyone to check their bill when they eat here. Also no child’s menu so it cost £11.90 for chicken nuggets and chips for children.
