When my Aunty ordered from this restaurant she was made to wait two hours. When she showed up to collect her food after being told her food would be a while to try and make their lives easier, they were so rude and started swearing at her. Then she asked for a refund, which they refused. She then clarified she would get a refund through the Just Eat app. When she left they started swearing at her and one of the workers tried to attack her. She then went home only for what I assume to be the owner, a male by the way, to turn up at her doorstep screaming and hurling abuse at her. My Aunty is sick so this is something she cannot deal with. This is not okay and behaviour is not acceptable. For a man to show up at a woman's house and threaten to ''smash her face in'' is disgusting. Never buy from this place. How dare he come to her door. If he felt she conducted herself wrong, which she did not, there is no reason to go to her house and threaten her with abuse.

The Gang at Alexandra’s never fail to please… I only go intermittently maybe a dozen times a year when local with work and each time the food has been 10/10 !!! Great food, Spotless place with very pleasant staff to boot! I’d recommend it to anyone hungry and in need of a present surroundings to enjoy it !?????????❤️
