Helpful, friendly staff. Have used delivery service and always had helpful and friendly drivers. I live close by but easier for a van to carry 9 or 12 x 2litre 7Up / Sprite !Cafe and toilets upstairs/ via lift. Thanks Asda for the winter warmer deal for pensioners (soup, roll, butter and tea or coffee for a quid) and served with a smile too!NEEDS someone at Asda to take 'ownership' and fix map positions for items as Asda was (I have suggested a change) stupidly in the car park west of your own car park!!!!

Trickery on the 3 for 2 offer, you have to buy them separately if you are buying more than one set. Plus be careful of the items in the same section that aren't on the offer. Asda are taking advantage of the busy Christmas shopping.

This has to be the worst store for on line order deliveries lost count of how many wrong items have been delivered to me ..the picker/packers obviously can't read the labels on the foodstuffs wouldn't mind if they were listed as substitutes but no they just seem to throw the stuff in without reading the actual order and sell by dates plus the rotten fruit n veg ..just won't be using asda no more will shop online elsewhere like I said this Bootle store is the worst for online grocery shopping I suggest they send the picker/packers for reading lessons!!!

Went to have a meal to eat at 4pm staff told me they stopped serving at 4pm and close at 5pm !Was in a different ASDA yesterday and got served NO problem !looks like one rule for bootle Asda and another rule for the rest !
Great selection of goods. Some goods sell out early-ish so don't be late if you want fresh goods.

Worked here in late 2021 as a driver.Went for my first day got told to come back as my documents hadn’t come through.Not given any uniform for months. Asked for safety equipment multiple times. Wasn’t give any, use to get the vans ready in the morning in pitch black with lorries coming in and out with no hi vis provided.In late 2021 one I was involved in the Liverpool women’s bombing. Quite publicly everyone seen what I and many other had went through that Sunday.Called my manger Fran to advise him I wouldn’t be in on Monday as I had just witnessed a car blow up and man burn to death.All he could say was “it’s going down as unauthorised absence”No understanding of what went on in the slightest. Until my face was all over the news then the tone changed.No support at all. No safety equipment provided.Horrible place to work.
