There’s never much selection, there’s either nothing you want or It’s never hot either. Most of the staff (not all) are really snotty and not very helpful, there is one young girl who sometimes works in Waterloo and she’s very nice.

I went here this morning (Thursday 24th December 2020) and was shocked at the poor service I recieved.\\n\\nWith it being Christmas Eve, I wanted a nice Gregg's breakfast, choosing a Sausage Baguette and a refreshing pure orange juice to drink. Yet, I recieve a surprise when I open the bag after leaving the shopping centre. It turned out that there were three sausages and two eggs.\\n\\nSeriously, I am sick and tired of people not being able to follow basic instructions. On the other hand, I was not shocked that I was given the incorrect item, considering that the ignorant staff were too busy joking around with each other rather than focussing on the order they were being paid to prepare.\\n\\nAlso, I find it rather concerning that this happened, as I may not have looked before consuming and I may have been allergic to egg. Luckily, I'm not, but somebody else could be.\\n\\nThe staff here need to take a look at their counterparts up in Crosby. They provide much better service and they can listen to customers.\\n\\nQuite frankly appalling, I would give it zero stars if I could.

Just been to grab a pasty from here and it was stone cold, could barely describe it as luke warm. Nobody wants a cold bean and sausage pasty it was grim. Not to mention can't be great for health purposes to have cold pastrys sat around, no idea how long it was sat there I would have gone back and said something but I was in a hurry so I couldn't.

More expensive than the pound bakery so if you want just a quick pasty go there . But if you want a steak bake you can't beat Gregg's and the staff in this one nice enough
