Food bland and service extremely slow. Worst steak I've ever been served. Will not be going back.As an update to owners reply... I did inform staff I wasn't happy with the meal and I was told that a new steak could be cooked but would take 20 minutes, I couldn't expect my friends to wait that long and of course their meals would have been cold by then. I ordered rib eye and was served something resembling frying steak. I asked for medium rare and was served a very well done steak. You forgot the pepper sauce and when it was finally served it was cold and inedible. Maybe I came on a bad night but 4 other members of the party thought the food was bland and disappointing.. sorry to leave a bad but an honest review of our experience.
Picked my son up for the weekend an asked him what he wanted for tea . He wanted a steak . So decided to try tortuga cos it is local . Steak was spot on . Cooked perfectly an all the sides were great . The 2 girls serving were lovely . Cant fault the place . Will defo be going back again .
