My goodness this place really takes the p*ss. Ive made a few mistakes forgetting how bad it is but just a reminder to everyone.. IT IS. On Just east expect it to say 20 mins them when you order it adds on an hour and gets later and later and the delivery instructions say driver waiting for the meal. Errm In a drive through they only take 5 - 10 mins for 2 meals not an hour. We only live down the roads and its all so cold and buns stale its like they've been waiting for hours. Fries cold, undercooked. Burgers plain flat cold. No sauces or serviettes nowadays I guess? The cheesy bites were nice but had to put in air fryer. I tried to call a few times just to cancel then after because I KNEW it would be wrong (as always, usually you miss half your meal) but the phone number is engaged and when it rings they just ley it ring, nobody answers, dont waste your time. I could kick myself for trusting them again but after so long I thought they wouldve sorted themselves out. Sorry guys. Still a cold mess.

This has got to be THE Worst McDonald's in the UK. You never ever get all your items. They don't give you a straw or your sauces. There sauce yield but be sky high!!! The staff are by far the worst staff in the world. They look completely lost. Food is always cold.

Absolute joke, Bootle McDonald’s must owe me about £50 in missing food the staff obviously don’t know what they are doing they never answer the phone calls every time I order they constantly miss something off my order strongly suggest you pick a different

Orded online and half of the order was missing. Tried to call and they wouldn't answer. They should stop doing online orders if their staff too dumb to handle it.

Takes a while to get your food in here now as it's packed with delivery drivers who are all over the place inside and out and it's a shame that the staff or the company don't want to blame one when it's the other they priorities deliveries over customers who are in there which is a shame as McDonald's used to have the best customer service out of most chains

Half an hour wait for 2 egg mc muffins and medium coke ordered at 10.45 didn't get it until 11.15 no apology for the long wait not

Ordered quarter pounder with cheese, fries and banana milkshake meal and 2 apple pies via the manual card payment machine. Despite apple pies being on offer 2 for £2 I was charged full price and told at the counter they're only on offer if you pay at the counter. Ridiculous I'm a paying customer so should be charged the same regardless of how I order and pay. Quarter pounder was cold and I mean COLD...returned and was given a marginally warmer one. Waited ages for my order as the deliveries orders seem to take priority. Staff miserable and not very helpful. There was a time McDonald's staff cared.

Shame that just about every time I visit the place is crowded, sometimes with delivery drivers. Would help if the upper floor was in use so we aren't all herded together on ground floor. I enjoyed the fish.

Good service here most of the time, had an issue in the past with a manager charging me double the price of what I was meant to pay, get my order right about 7 times out of 10 however staff fix it straight away and gets busy around 12pm-1pm
