Deffo gone down hill since it got took over.. food used to be amazing now its just bog standard.. never get salt in chips.. large chips are a joke you get more in a regular tray, food used to be fresh and piping hot now it tastes like its been warmed up in the microwave.... gonna be going to toscanas from now on its well nicer!!!

The business is located on a busy road, on Stanley Road in the heart of Bootle.It was my first visit to Napoli Pizza place. I ordered a pizza margarita and some chips and a can of Fanta. I collected the food (I ordered by the counter). Took less than 10 minutes until they got ready. Food was hot, looked delicious!However, the pizza tasted bland, very average. While it was hot the tomato sauce was dominating, when got colder the cheese and some extra strong garlic taste were dominating. Somehow wasn’t the best!Chips was piping hot, which a hint of that red salt. Definitely the best chips around the area!Service was quick, staff was really friendly. I like the both options for cash or card payments.I only can recommend this place.Vegetarian options: Allergens and vegetarian options are clearly shown for customers.Dietary restrictions: Clearly labelled!Parking: Free street parking around the business.Kid-friendliness: Kids can visit the place with adults

Ordered the large special kebab and I would say the food was good and quantity was sufficient but it took them 2 hours to deliver the food and by the time the food arrived it was cold and I had to reheat.
Well the best food around!! Fantastic quality always hot when arrives and lovely easy to talk to staff order never wrong unlike most places!! Highly

Went for the first time today and was well worth the visit. Had Pizza deal 3, 2 pizzas with 3 toppings, garlic bread, 2 fries, a large bottle of drink and 2 pieces of chocolate gateaux. Pizza was amazing and not too oily, and the gateaux was damn tasty. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be going again!

Usually lovely food, but tonight cheesy chips were hard and the cheese stuck to the paper they put inside the food tray that there was no need for and the kebab was very dry, wondering if its new owners as it seemed completley different compared to other times i have made the same order.

I have been looking for this place my whole life best kebab by far I have ever had.. my girlfriend who doesn't like kebabs had a mixed chicken and donner and said it was gorgeous and she doesn't even like donner meat cooked to perfection hot on arrival absolutely stunning wish there was more stars to give 1 critique I could say is could do with red salt on chips amazing new favourite.

Been ordering from here for a while now and though the food is nice, i cant say the same for one of the delivery drivers. He is very rude! He accused my Chihuahua of attacking him and biting him when she has never bit anyone before.

Honestly, not really sure how to review this one. It's mostly nice, but they you get some orders like today where you donner meat is burnt and that's all you can taste its really not nice or enjoyable when every bite you take just tastes burnt.
