Typical Premier Inn. Staff were lovely, room fine. Only 4 stars due to small water leak in bathroom which has been there some time judging by water mark. Adjoining Beefeater very busy but they fitted us in the bar area (actually quieter and more pleasant). Again, lovely staff. Happily stay again.

Great check-in experience and the room was exceptionally clean. Bed and pillows were as comfortable as usual, the room was a four sleeper but set up for one double so plenty of space. My primary criteria is always the shower and whilst bath based, this was superb! Temperature control was excellent and plenty of oomph.Beefeater service and food was fine, breakfast was very good - there's clearly a reason the car park was full of "trade's vans".No reason not to stay here again.

Location for us was excellent as the reason we were staying over was to use a voucher that we had been given at Christmas for the barn at moor hall. Handily located for that it was also close to a few good shops up the road that we visited the next day and also handy for Cheshire oaks. Check in was helpful and polite and got us into our room quickly. Room was as expected clean and comfortable and for around £50 for two of us as good as can be expected. Would recommend and would use again. Thank you to all who looked after us. ??

Good warm tidy room, helpful receptionist on arrival. This hotel would really benefit from electric charging point. Also would be great if hotel could do take away breakfast for guests who leave early, even something small especiallywhen breakfast is paid. I asked at the reception but they sent me to the restaurant nearby who provides breakfast just to be told straight 'no'. Fair enough but next time I will plan to stay elswhere.

A great location for visiting family in the north of Liverpool. An ample free car park is next to the hotel. There is a covered walkway from the hotel to the adjacent Beefeater where breakfast and evening meals are available. The room was perfect and as always spotlessly clean and very comfortable.Staff could not have been more helpful or cheerful.

Booked a Family Room for New Years Eve couldn't fault the room the kids loved it and the beds were comfy but when it came to the volume of other Guests and your Employees capability of keeping them in check it's a joke, my Partner didn't sleep at all due to Guests stomping through the halls until the early hours of the morning then to top it all off when she finally does manage to drift off she and I were both rudely awaken by what sounded like the cast of Stomp rehearsing their latest routine, I did tell the Staff about the issue and was told they knocked on the door and got no answer but said to keep the noise down which the occupants clearly took personally because the noise only got worse and only stopped when they left the room. Next there is the all you can eat breakfast and I have to say I didn't know they made sausages that taste like sage and onion stuffing butthey're defo not for me, the bacon was colder than the temperature outside, the hash browns were undercooked, the Eggs were overcooked, the beans tasted funny, there was no Nutella or Pancake syrup for the already underwhelming and Cold Pancakes. All in all I want a refund and it's highly likely I won't be staying there again if I do it will be on the top floor and I won't be touching their food. ???

A fairly average experience. There was a limited phone signal in my groundfloorroom, which is beyond the control of the hotel, but was a problem as the wifi wasn’t working on the night I arrived - it did come back on in the morning. I forgot to bring my toothbrush and was surprised the vending machine didn’t have one. The biscuits I was given on arrival helped to make up for some of the shortcomings.

It's OK. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Beefeater next door is very good. Room unfortunately was basic, many bulbs out. Premier Inn used to be the top of their game but are clearly dropping to the Travelodge standards. Would I recommend?? Really not sure these days.Rooms: Basic. Clean but tired and many things don't work, especially bulbsFood & drinks: Beefeater next door it highly recommended

First and last time. The staff does their best, but the hotel is below expectations.
