I went to collect a parcel that I have received 2 messages for to go and collect and they are refusing to give it to me. It is now being investigated. How cheeky is it to take peoples parcels. People avoid going here or having parcels delivered to here at all cost. Disgusting behaviour.

AVOID - usually use here regularly for the shop and fuel... Due to this decided to select this location to collect a parcel from Very. The confrontational night worker refused to give me my parcel and kept saying 'no' to me - despite the email saying I can collect from 7am until 11pm I was there at 10:20pm.. extremely rude and kept picking up a sign to hold in my face about being served at the window and to 'move'. He couldn't explain to me what the problem was just used 'no' and 'move'. Won't be using here again and by the way he was acting as if they are taking parcels that belong to other people!

The service of the gas station is very bad. I enter the station at 11:30. I do not find a worker in the service. I have to wait a quarter of an hour after he wakes up from his sleep in order to fill up the fuel. Very bad service and workers are asleep, who is responsible for them also asleep??

Staff disappear at night, all foreign lads that can’t understand basics like dishliquid, kitchen roll, eggs. Overpriced. Support local English businesses first.
By far the most expensive fuelling station around the area. Drive a little further up the road and save 6p a litre at Tesco. The Spar shop has some good offers on regulary and staff are friendly but avoid the fuel.

I got £20 of petrol and two drinks worth £2 unbeknown to me they only charged £2 to my card a week later the police knock on my door and say the garage have told them I said I didn't have any petrol just the drinks! They lied through their teeth! I told them what pump number and put my card and pin in without checking and they tried to make me look like a criminal! When I went in to pay for the petrol and bring this up with the "manager" he was rude and aggressive until I revealed that I actually had a camera on me for work which recorded the whole thing and proved I'd told them I had petrol aswel. All for their mistake not mine. AVOID or you might end up with the police at your door for no reason of your own luckily I could prove it was them and they had lied!
