The lady behind the counter was brilliant..I went in for a passport form.and she very helpfully told me about the service they offer.She explained that I can do everything from filling the form in,having my foto done and posting it all from one place..I wasn't aware that this is part of the list offices service..So iv made my appointment and I don't have to worry about running around for foto places either..

Very poor service. Waited 20 minutes in a queue only to be told at the counter no international parcels are being sent because of a cyber attack. No advertising, nothing. Very frustrating

Went to this once helpful PO and asked to print an EBay label out for a return itemWas told that the person who does the printing had taken the printer home and as yet hadn’t brought it backSo I returned about a week later and the person was there who told me they can do it but would have to take a photo of it from my phone and there was a charge of £1As the PO in Princes Avenue, Birkenhead had printed the previous label out free of charge and didn’t need to take any photoWhy does this PO charge, and what else can be taken from my phone if I had to link with the employee in this POObsurd

My partner and I are Moreton residents and the post Mistress is an excellent most patient lady always gives out good advice and we'll my partner Harry thinks she runs the place perfectly and always avoids waiting time
