Moreton Subway Team bailed me out today. Restaurant we booked out staff meeting in (50 people) wasn’t open and didn’t respond to calls or messages.Subway made us 45 sandwiches in around 30 minutes. Everyone got fed and watered thanks to the two ladies and one lad working there this afternoon at 2:00pm.Thanks so much for your help!!

Shocking! Items missing! Ordered DIET SPRITE AND BROWN BREAD as Im diabetic its come with a full fat sprite 11g sugar! And white bread so dangerous if I didn’t realise and caused me a hypo! Shocking!!!!

The store was fully staffed but were too busy to serve me. Bear in mind one staff was with a broom in her hand pretending to work. I asked if they are only taking online orders and was told they are busy.The guy who looked like he was in charge told one to serve me but no movement. Never have I seen so much disrespect in a subway shopI left disgusted ?

Sort your staffing issues out, came in. Shop full of customers, 1 guy on, who had no clue what went on any of the subs and thought it was OK for everyone to wait! Another customer InThe queue was totally confused, we left, wasn't waiting for an hour while he tried to sort out what was what! Seriously, you need more staff as I won't be coming again

Disgusting restaurant! My order was takeout thankfully as this store was dirty, dozens of staff working that didn't have a clue what each other was doing. Service was slow and poor, food was not up to standard at all. They were so slow I had time to watch each staff member and they were terrible with working practices, placing ingredients on/in an order then reading order notes and then taking that ingredient/s off because they got it wrong. The price of my order was shocking, too hot to eat even ten minutes afterwards, no napkins placed in the bag with my order, food was just a melted mess as though it had been toasted for too long and was not cut in half. I wouldn't recommend this one at all!

The subs I have had from here always cost more than in other stores. Dont know why that is! Another thing is that they do not do any of the special deals that you get in other stores.

They never deliver on time and leave you waiting for hours !!! Do not order on Uber eats they are rude when you call up and ask were your order is! They lie and say it's on its way after 2 hours I cancelled
