Just eat defaulted to an old address and the manager Dwayne was brilliant! His customer service was brilliant! Patient and wanting to really help! Not sure what had happened on just eat going to an old address as hasn’t happened before, however will only order through the dominos website now.

Once again ordered 2 thin and crispy and only one was correct. It’s getting very annoying
Started ok, ordered a standard cheese and tomato pizza and a vegetable pizza. Was sat in the store watching them make the pizzas, the cheese and tomato went fine but the vegetable one has it's vegetables picked off an unwanted uncooked meat pizza! There is no way that this is worthy of a 5 star food hygiene rating for this, and as a vegetarian this was shocking. It was mentioned to the manager who apologised and spoke to the wrong people about the problem, who said there was no meat present.Vegetarian options: Shocking, the vegetable pizza had vegetables picked off an unwanted uncooked meat pizza!

Ordered 1 pizza 1 garlic pizza 1 cookies.Very dissapointed when I opened the pizza box at home.. the toppings were all centred around the centre.. and the edges were thick with tomato sauce.The toppings had not rolled to the centre either. Clearly placed exactly.Bad show Domino's Hoylake.Refund please

Dominos is usually reliable but last time I ordered, all the toppings were extremely low quality. Genuinely on par with a £1 frozen Iceland pizza. My suspicion is that, for the "appy Monday" deal, they swap the toppings for much lower quality ones without informing the buyers, as a sort of scam. Otherwise, perhaps they're swapping standard toppings for the vegan toppings because they're swamped with orders. Either way, I've been put off from ordering Dominos. I could go down the road to the Indian and get a reliably good curry... I don't have to deal with the possibility of having to throw a pizza out to the foxes because it is barely edible, as I did last time I ordered from Domino's. If anyone from Domino's HQ is reading this and is unaware of what I am talking of, please investigate the Hoylake store because they're throwing your brand under the bus
