This place is a joke. They never have a full menu when you try to order. Then they seem to have forgotten they are a fast food outlet. Over 20 mins wait for click and collect

I ordered via the app and waited ages for my order. I could see my order in the basket, and they took ages to get my drink.When I checked the app and it said my order had been collected, I waited a further 10 minutes before I received my order.Very slow service, and they had lots of staff on and stood round. Considering this was lunch time, they hardly had any senior staff on.The restaurant was dirty and messy, food left everywhere, sauce all over the tables.No serviettes to clean the table with, and these were not provided with the order.They had staff on to clean up but he looked rushed off his feet. More staff required at peak times.

The quickest I've ever been served in McDonald's ever probably less than 1 minute especially that one in huyton village. Now I know why They probably gave me someone's meal that's been sitting there for ages. The burger was stone cold and I only got three quarters of a burger honestly I don't know why I keep going to that one in the village I think I'll have to stop. I thought they had to meet the same health and safety standards of any other business but your buying a beef burger and it's freezing cold. I only give one star for the food I'd give less if I could dreadful dreadful.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through, 7.30-7.40AM (Sunday 10th) no body bothered to take my order, drove round to the 2nd window the lad who was on drive through orders was too busy chatting to another colleague to notice the queue building, I beeped my horn told him how long I had been waiting, he had the cheek to tell me to drive round again then he would take my order, I told him there was a queue behind me and I wasn’t prepared to drive round and wait again. AWFUL service, and the restaurant was empty. Tried ringing to complain but as usual the phone line is busy, what a surprise.

Handed in a bag that I didn't know my sister had purchased from boots the. Went back for it 2 days later once realising it was my sisters to find it had disappeared so I am down£ 22.99 obviously it had been binned or stolen by staff.

I think we all know. Nothing to be said. Except food is nothing like the picture on the board outside. Food lashes up often cold. And guess what. I don't know how many people have noticed . The big mac is no longer big. It has shrunk to 2/3 of its former self.

Called in for two coffees and McFlurries at 23.45 last night. No McFlurries available. After a 20 minute wait for the coffees we left, without our coffees as our taxi was waiting. Won't be going back.
