Ordered a double tuna melt salad with everything. I got lettuce, tomato, cucumber and what I think was once red pepper. The salad was very old, lettuce was brown and red peppers had definitely turned. They used a large amount of mayonnaise to hide the tired “salad”. Awful!!

Would have rated it higher but I was overcharged & didn't realise until I had got to work!! Will check my bill in detail in future. Also girl trying to serve too many people at same time & was quite disorganised, had to wait for her to serve people after me before she did the hot drinks ?

Will Not be ordering from here again! Ordered Steak & cheese Nachos last time, delivery arrives NO Steak??? Phoned store directly spoke to staff to report No Steak = No refund & No responsibility accepted for mistake. Today my order included 2 white chocolate & mcadeema nut cookies & 3 rainbow cookies ..meaning I Paid Extra for 2 different types of cookies but was sent 5 rainbow cookies. Its a Simple set menu for Nachos & for Cookies but not Simple enough for store to put together correctly. No responsibility for mistakes by store for Simple orders, inability to fulfill a Simple order from a Simple set menu Simply won't be ordering from here again unless I hear that training in fulfilling Simple set orders from a simple set menu has been introduced.

I called in for a cup of coffee while waiting for a friend.The premises were very clean and surfaces were constantly being wiped down.The two girls working behind the counter were friendly, helpful and efficient. Their uniforms were clean and well kept.I personally can't comment on the food as I only had a coffee but going by the amount of customers it must be very good.

I love these places, but I'm never ordering online ever again and am not going to this one anymore, they ALWAYS mess the order up! Twice they've done this now. Foods nice that I've had here, but they seem incapable of making sure the orders right!
