Lovely Manager amd female staff however there is one male who works there who is completely off brand. Scruffy, dirty looking, unprofessional and rude as another review suggests. They must be desperate for staff as he has angered other customers I believe with his manner.

Good place to catch up with friends. Pretty spacious too.Parking: Limited to 2 hours and located just behind the building. Other parking, again limited to 2 hours, is a 1 minute walk away.Kid-friendliness: Staff were patient with my kids and friendly, serving them like adults.

My mum visited Costa coffee when the place was near empty. She is 90 and uses a mobile scooter to get around as she is bad on her feet. Mum managed to go inside to get her drink then came outside whilst another lady who used a walking stick was being helped by one of the staff to carry her drink and cake out. Mum asked the same young lady if she would mind getting her a cake. Which she was happy to do, mum handed over the money. A minute later the member of staff returned and told mum she would havto go back inside to get her own cake...the shop was empty mind. The manager said she couldn't take the cake out for my mum...Really costa., you should be ashamed, where is the help and compassion for the elderly and disabled?.get a grip... my mum was very upset and didn't bother finishing her coffee. It spoilt her day out.

Busy at this time, but it was a Sunday morning, and the staff coped excellently.Parking: Maybe a couple more disabled bays are required.Wheelchair accessibility: Bit of a struggle for the wheelchair user's getting to the toilets.
