Booked a party of 14 for my daughter's birthday. Instead of doing one long table, they split us into two which wasn't great. After we'd finished the starters, they took ages to bring the mains and were slow asking if we wanted more drinks.The food was OK but nothing special imo.When it came to paying the bill, it was a joke. I had done a sheet of what everyone had and although I'd sent it to the manager in advance as requested, he didn't say that the prices I had were wrong - the prices I took from the menu he had sent me! He then proceeded to use the prices off my list to charge each group of our party, instead of the receipt. We ended up short. The receipt was just one for the whole party. Previous parties I've organised the restaurant has been happy to input each groups payment into the till, ensuring it is correct. Perhaps Aman's till isn't as sophisticated. Whilst doing the adding up, the manager told my friends to be quiet so he could concentrate..... we spent £400 and this is how we're treated? It was my first time visiting Aman's..... and my last.

We ordered a takeaway and were overcharged. This was put right following a visit to the restaurant. The food was okay, but not as good as previous orders.

The food here is some of the best you will taste . Friendly service and everything freshly prepared and brought when you are ready. This is a must try restaurant if you want quality Indian

Excellent venue. We were a large group, so pre ordered for ease (this wasn't expected but helped them and us). The food was hot, delicious and of an excellent standard. We shall be back.

The food was amazing, the staff was quick and friendly, will definitely be returning. Is great for a get together and a few beverages with a group of freinds or the family

We came here for our friends 60th birthday. We were able to pre order our meals and the staff were nothing but professional, helpful and the manager Zaff was great, very friendly and the food was amazing! We will definitely be going back, thank you! ☺️?

A small (over 2 floors) High Street restaurant with a good atmosphere (lots of birthdays!), nice interior and good staff. As for the menu it was excellent with a number of different types of dish - some a bit of a fusion such as peri peri chicken tikka which did its best to blow my head off!! I then had the chicken shashlik sizzler and shared a mushroom rice and chilli and garlic naan. Others had biryani, prawn rogan josh (I think) and a chicken tikka balti. It defeated some. Kingfisher on draught and a fairly price NZ Sauvignon that GF eventually shared, alongside very necessary jugs of water. With my own personal trio of Indian meals over the past few days it was the best of the lot.
