Hello my name is Zack Avery. I am writing this review to share the absolute horror experience me and my father shared when Visiting this Certain McDonald’s. I brought my Eldery father Nicolas who suffers with early signs of dementia here and he was ridiculed into ordering something he didn’t want because of the impatient staff. one member of staff even went as far as shouting at my father which heavily upset him and sent him into a Nervous breakdown. If you are wondering I’d suggest McDonald’s in Warrington because of kindhearted and very accommodating staff .

I order veg meal breakfast . When I came outside I opened food bag. Just bam hash brown and latte . I told them give me veg full meal. They charge me £5:39. . Half food missing inside. When I rang them they just say . I'm sorry ? even he didn't say I'll refund or anything else completely ignored

Had a few takeaways from here and every single time there were items missing or a wrong drink has been given. If I wanted a mistery box I’d specify so. Wouldn’t get anything from here for delivery unless you want to be begging uber for half refund or

I have just visiting McDonald's in newton le willows spent £30 for the oder to be completely wrong. I understand you get busy but with the amount of staff there I dont see how you can get an order so wrong. I asked for 3 double sausage and egg meals one with no egg I got 1 double then 2 single. I asked for a single with no egg and recieved an egg muffin. I had to split the only double i did get to make sure my daughter could actually have at least a muffin. Spending £30 is it really too much to ask too recieve what you ask for if the staff actually took care in what they was doing instead of giggling over what they have been upto might help.

Items missing from our order. When I rang up they were really unhelpful and wouldn't provide a replacement. Just told me I needed to go through the app to get my money back.

7/10 the staff get your order correct. They just need to double check that the order is all there.Also please be mindful of your language , swearing in the kitchen to each other doesn't create a great impression. You're in a service industry not on a night out?

Appalling. Waited 30 mins then just went back for a refund. They might as well shut the place and have online only. Didn’t get food in fact my number was up on the screen and they hadn’t noticed

Pictures are from when we ordered recently and this is from before I had any chips. All the chips that arrived were just half empty and flavourless. The food's usually cold as well. But every single time we go, they always forget something. Whether it's a drink, sides or the main bit of the meal they just forget and it's really annoying.

Absoluute disgraceful treatment by staff. Arrived at the drive through 4 minutes before the main menu opened to be told I couldn't order. 5minutes later I reached the pay window... Staff the spossed manager was very rude, telling me to "look at yourself" in the typically plastic scouse accent. This place needs to train staff better a complaint even if its a franchise will be going higher.

Frigging sick ordering sauces their always missing charge 10p sauce now .they tried to blame the driver when I rang up .hang on a minute they don't pick it .wouldn't care if had 5 sauces stapled to the bag .darrrr never offer refund I no its only 60p not the first time this as happened

Very clean restaurant compared to Lowton.However I ordered 3 drinks two were flat and had to be changed and missed a burger off our order. However the lady did bring it to our table and it was fresh, so ok I guess. !
