Brilliant fuel station, really nice and new. Even has toilets

Great location for an EV charger, just off the M6 and A580.

Called garage on phone at 05.40 to ask if there was fuel for HGV'S. Informed no problems plenty of fuel. Arrived at station 40 mins later to find fuel on HGV pumps cordoned off. Staff unhelpful, getting a reputation for poor service towards HGV spoken to a few drivers working out of Haydock who informed me that's a common occurrence. Don't bother going it's a franchise and poorly run.

Brilliant service! We broke down unfortunately and we had a 97 year old lady with us but the gentleman there gave her a seat and even turned the heating up for her! Couldn't thank the gentleman enough!!

They have notices up about wearing masks in the shop. They have perspect up on the till. But they don't enforce the mask rules. What is the point of putting notices up if your not going to enforce it.Thank you for your response but you have notices up and your cashier was more interested in the sale than regulations.NO MASK NO SHOPPING.

Frustrating. It's supposed to be an HGV fuel station. It's a good location for lots of HGV delivery sites nearby, as well as the East Lancs Rd, M6 and M58.But NO ACCESS to toilets at 1am.

I am a HGV driver who fills up all over the country at shell. It is not like in a car where you fill up and then pay we can take a thousand litres so they need to have prove you can pay. The staff here now are great really on the ball with all HGV drivers. As soon as you walk in now they expect your card over the counter even whilst serving other people. Plus new spotless toilets

Fast and friendly staff. In and out with no fuss.

Handy Shell garage under Junction 23 of M6 with good access back onto the motorway, East Lancs (A580) and local roads to Haydock, St Helens and Newton-le-Willows. Fuel pumps for small vehicles (cars motorbikes etc) and HGV/PSV pumps. Small convenience shop with coffee to go by Costa. Local value fuel close to the motorway without the price hike!

A little more pricey than a typical site, which isn't surprising considering its location, but not as expensive as a motorway service station. Can be a little awkward due to its siting on a busy multi-lane roundabout.

Good Shop, much cheaper the charnock richard and only just off the M6
