Ordered online for 2 people.Garlic bread with cheese - no garlic, no cheese, just a piece of dry toast!First foot long, deli meats - only had ham and pepperoni on, extremely sparse with the toppings, no sauce in sight, very flat sandwich!!Second foot long, philly steak - no salad at all, toppings completely wrong, sauce wrong. Contained chillies which my partner cannot eat!!We have ordered several times from this subway and there is always something wrong with the order. Other subways get orders correct, Newton-le-Willows subway seems to let the side down.

Went with my wife and kids. Said the subway was open till 8pm. At 6pm the doors were locked. Pointed to the sign which said shuts at 8pm.Just got a shrug of the shoulders from miserable woman behind counter.Customers always right remember !Anyway went to winnick subway better service+ nicer sandwich!

Good, reasonably priced food and I got what I expected. Staff were polite and efficient. It was empty, so no idea how to rate 'atmosphere' if you've not tried a Subway, then do! Beats a 'clown meal" for taste in my opinion. Parking here is a little limited, but you're done in 5 mins.

Visited store today 15 June late afternoon the shop was reasonably clean I was served by a young girl who seemed more interested in talking to other staff members a male member of staff and another young female which I consider quite rude this continued throughout my visit. My food was prepared in an ok manner but my overall experience wasn’t pleasant. Please converse with your customers rather than having a conversation with other staff. Customer service training needed.

We had the misfortune of witnessing a rude female senior member of your staff shouting aggressively and antagonistically at a small group of teens who has called in for food. They seemed like a nice bunch of lads, polite and friendly yet for no reason,we could see, they were treated in a way I can only describe as horrendous. Screamed at to “to be quiet” the only one making a scene was the staff member. A couple ordered and they hastily left. As we left I was pleased to see a few of them sat outside Shaking J’a further down the street enjoying food. I do hope these teens have the common sense to remember how they were treated and continue to spend their money away from this subway. As a family we’ll think twice!

Me and my friends are sat in and eating with a drink and this woman who is working is rudely commenting on the fact that other people are in here saying "they're acting like it's a youth club" when the other people who are in here aren't even making any problems for anybody and me and my friend are just sat on our phones whilst we have bought something and she's is making comments like "they buy one thing and sit in here for 2 hours"

The manager Juliette today was incredibly rude and abrupt not only to the customers but also very demeaning to the poor staff that work there.. You try to ask about ingredients and the reply is 'don't know, read the leaflet' .. This isn't the first time, this happens everytime she is on duty, her attitude for a manager is awful.. If we go there for our work lunch we will try our best to go now when she isn't there.Those poor staff deserve more respect from her.
