Beer was good & very reasonable priced, toilets were clean, they have live football on, if you want a quiet drink I wouldn't recommend this pub as there were alot of kids chasing round near to where I was sitting.

This pub holds a really crap atmosphere, was in over christmas and it was so dull i think it’s seen a lot better days. The barmaids have no personality and look miserable as sin, one girl looked like she would rather be anywhere but there and had a face of thunder. I asked for a drink and she just grunted at me and awkwardly poured me a pint. Will defo not be going again.

very bad customer service.. one girl, think she was called Timm was very rude and abrupt and was consistently laughing with her friend instead of serving us. Won’t be visiting again, made to feel very unwelcome and a definite lack of professionalism is visible.

Booked a table for 2 at 7pm...received a confirmation. We booked a taxi , got dropped off at the door, went to the bar to be told they stopped serving food at 4pm! I explained I'd booked and recd a confirmation but was told no food. I asked why no one had let me know and was told all bookings go through to landlady's email. So 7pm, no food, no transport and a diabetic who needs to have something to eat...not good at all. We ended up at Newton Grill just down the road and decided to give them our hard earned cash. We will defo go for food again to Newton Grill as it was lovely but won't go back to Victoria for food as I'd rather give my money to a business that cares for its customers.

We ordered the big fish fish and chips there was nothing big about the fish you was meant to get a battered sausage no battered sausage it says pickled onion no pickles small portion not good 1st pic menu pic 2nd pic what we got won't be going back
