The service was quite poor and the starters took 30 minutes to arrive. The portion sizes were not reflective of the price. The main course arrived within 10 minutes of the starter and was extremely generous for the price and very tasty - I think this is why it has such a high rating. We weren’t offered a dessert or coffee afterwards. The menu seemed to be inaccurate in its dietary information - how a caprese salad isn’t vegetarian and the dessert having amaretto in it doesn’t include nuts, I’ll not understand.Dietary restrictions: They need to be reviewed and made more accurate.

We went on a work outing and had pre-ordered due to there being a larger number of us.I had the chicken skewer which was really tasty and definitely a good choice, everyone else had a variety of pasta dishes, pizza &steak, noone had any complaints ??The atmosphere was lovely, background music and smaller more private sections.The service was great, everyone was very polite and welcoming; the only reason it isn't a 5* is due to us having yo ask for the deal which was on at the time, the bill came at full price, but the lady who served us had no issue of applying the discount once asked.Would definitely visit again and will take the children next time! ?

Excellent! What a lovely Mother's day treat. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. Great staff too.Parking: Limited places in their carpark, but managed to find free parking close byKid-friendliness: Staff were lovely with our 5 year old grandson, very generous portion of pasta.

Been here a few times over the past year or so, however the most recent time it's gone downhill a little.Service not as good (seems like new staff) and the food not quite up to the usual standards. Hope it some makes improvements...Also the chairs are the worst things to sit on, always sliding down and very uncomfortable!

Had a delicious, Sunday roast, sitting at a table for 6. Our friends were introduced to the Italian menu too. Their two chn enjoyed their meals from the children's menu. Great service from the bar too!

Just had a really nice meal at Verona. Pizza one of the best I’ve ever had. Lovely service too - Adrian very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. One tip though - we couldn’t add a tip on the card, so take some cash for a tip.
