Disappointed with the attitude we have been regular customers,tonight they put chilli sauce on all 4 kebabs when we phoned and I said I could accept 3 of the kebabs but the 4th i couldn't accept and would appreciate a replacement as it was for children,although they made the mistake on all 4 kebabs .They refused resulting in us having to throw away food and not having enough to feed all of usDisgusting

Not sure whether or not there are new owners, but what I was served up via the online service was shocking.First, the order came 45 minutes early.I ordered three pieces of chicken and got three strips instead.I wanted gravy and got mayoThe very decent chips that I have had previously from there were replaced with what appears to be some kind of microwaved rubbish.I've been there in the past and had some good food, but their new menu wants assessing by the Trade's Description Act.

Had kebabs from here many times and been happy with the food and service.I ordered a mix kebab on Sat night and the lamb shish in it looked like this, I couldn’t even chew it and the kebab meat looked like it had been shaved off hours before, it was all dried up and tasted horrible.Really disappointed with the way standards have dropped.

After having a flier delivered thought I would give them a try. After 45 minutes of user busy I give up. Won't be trying again.
Placed an order for a pizza meal deal. Was sent wrong order. When I rang they said they would correct the mistake. 50 mins later I rang back an they refused to send what I didn't receive saying they don't do the meal deals i ordered that I didn't get it from then even tho they delivered me an hour early the wrong order. The error inshore to.was rude an unhelpful. Never again
