Sign says it closes at 7.30pm. Visited at 4.30 and over half the seating had been blocked off meaning there was nowhere for us to sit. We walked out and won't be coming back.

I have now twice gone to get a coffee and cake. I like taking my book and sitting in the main area. However, twice I’ve been told it’s closed for cleaning. If this was near to closing time I’d accept it. But the first time it was 2 hours off and the second 1.5 hours. The same woman told me she was closing the main light and audit section but I could sit in the uncomfortable part where there’s no natural light. I complained the first time and was told it would be addressed. But it clearly hadn’t been. Shame as it’s an ideal venue but I’m taking my ££ to a indie coffee shop from now on. Where they treat you as a human and not a resource.

Love the Mocha and Hot Chocolate Staff are always lovely and friendly Sometimes the drinks are not really hot.

Coffee house looks lovely been done up. Only problem is the blonde behind the counter NO manners at all got drinks wrong even after looking at receipt then when done again just tipped chocolate over cup. Need some extra customer service training.

Went to collect order place via 'Too Good to go' showed my order for 5 (bags) female worker told me id only purchased 4 after looking at my phone screen told her it was 5 she gave me just 4 as I walked away confused I looked at my order again which clearly showed 5 orders went back showed the female worker again it was 5 and she said "I don't normally look at the order on the phone screen " but apparently despite this she surmised the order was 4 by ACTUALLY just looking at the multiple digit order number at the top of the order. Absolute farce will not visit again

Chilled out bank holiday lunch. Lovely food and overall good experience. Would recommend for a break during shopping.

Fantastic coffee. If you're a Coeliac, then it has as absolutely no food options for lunch - apart from crisps and pre-wrapped items like Gluten Free Brownies/Flapjacks
